The beautiful Balmy Alley House

Beautiful single family home on quiet alley, famous for it murals. Newer, eclectic artsy three story home with lots of amenities. Rear courtyard and private deck. You will have the entire home. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, living room, kitchen and one car garage parking.
Subway system is 3 blocks away. Close to transportation and subway is only three blocks away.
Walking distance from shops , restaurants and parks and other points of interest. There is a strict “no parties” guest policy. This is my personal home where I reside so please be mindful and treat it as such. There are three outdoor cameras that monitor entrance points, one on the doorbell, another in garage and another in the outside courtyard.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Absolutely no smoking ciggaretes in the house. At checkout guest is responsible to shutoff all heating, stoves and lights.
Absolutely prohibit parties. Booking will be canceled if this rule is broken.
No more than 3 visitors allowed. If more than 3, you would need to request approval.
