The properly itself is brand new and impeccably designed, with radiant underfloor heating, brand new everything: stainless kitchen appliances, 4k smart TV's (75", 65" & 55"), super fast Internet (close to 1gbps), brand new top rated mattresses & luxury bedding, Nespresso & drip coffee makers and EO luxury bath products! We insist on a deep clean b/t guests to ensure a luxurious, safe and pristine experience, including lots of little details that most units overlook, like sanitizing/washing accent blankets each & every time! We spent the last 6 years renovating every inch of the home and adding our rental unit to the premises. It's earthquake safe, with industrial (steel) bones and wonderful comfort.
