About this property

Book your desert getaway at this beautiful, light-filled condo

The 1270 square foot open and airy condo boasts 20 foot vaulted ceilings in the dining and living rooms, mountain views and is light-filled. California King pillow top mattress in the primary bedroom. The condo has a keyless entry and Nest Thermostat. The living room furniture has recently been updated. There are two well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances and a laundry room and pantry adjacent to the kitchen. We have an L-shaped, two car garage and the property lies in one of the most unique locations in the sold-out Mansion series at Park Place. Granite countertops and slate in the kitchen, travertine in the master bath and terra-cotta tile floors in the dining and guest bath. While we love dogs, one dog under 40 pounds is allowed, sorry no cats as we are allergic. Our condo isn't set up for children under 10. Thank you.

Quiet older comfy property

Perfect size for 2 ..kitchen very well stocked. Cleaning supplies abundant. Everything you need Fire station across street sirens occasionally Walking distance to Albertsons and Trader Joes.One gas Bbq at pool. Other outdoor charcoal grills abundant. Owners were quick to respond.

This is the place for you !!

This property is an EXCELLENT choice. Great location with easy in/out access. The sunsets are amazing on the deck:-) The hosts are super nice and routinely checked in on us and our stay. The condo is very bright and cheerful, comfortable, kitchen ware and bath linens better than my own home !!! Two bedrooms/baths separate from the other so great for 2 couples or family. Garage a plus !! And did I mention the sunsets ????
