This lovely 735 sq ft fully furnished apartment is available for short monthly periods though out the year. The unit is bright and airy with a large 400 sq ft outdoor patio, that allows you the freedom to come and go without ever having to enter the main hallway. The patio also allows for enjoyable time outdoors taking in the wonderful view of Boulder Flatirons or having a guest or two to enjoy a beautiful Colorado summer evening.

The apartment is comfortably furnished, along with a very well-equipped kitchen, cover parking space, internet, cable TV with all utilities included. If you're working remotely, you'll appreciate the large workstation, with two USB plugins and two power outlets.

The complex includes indoor pool with Jacuzzi hot tub, a freshly remodeled work out room and game room that includes a pool table & ping pong table. Please note this building is age appropriate, and consist of mostly owner occupied and young professionals. For this reason we reserve the right to rent to graduate students or older individuals. Our unit is not suitable for children.
Being in the heart of Boulder you'll fine staying here extremely comfortable. The location is convenient (within walking distance) to many of Boulder famous locations such as the Pearl St. Mall (restaurants and shops) the University of Colorado, Naropa University and Boulder's world class hiking trails.

The perfect place

This apartment condo did not disappoint. You have everything you can want either a walk or short drive away. The place was comfy and in a great location. I loved the amenities and did a spa day with the sauna and hot tub/pool. We’ll be back for sure.

This condo is small but furnished nicely and has all the amenities you would need. The patio is huge and provides your own entrance which makes it feel very homey and private. I enjoyed sitting outside even in the winter. The covered parking spot and indoor pool were just extras which I enjoyed. The unit doesn’t have a laundry but the machines are just across the hall and it only cost $1.50 for a wash and dry. I would love to stay here again.

My wife and I have lived in Boulder for over forty years and purchased this sweet condo from a friend or ours who purchased it from another friend of ours upon our insistence. This unit has been kind of in the family for over 25 years.
Shortly after purchasing we remodeled the unit, adding hardwood floors, new kitchen cabinets, appliances, and fixtures. We rearranged the kitchen allowing in more light as well as conversation for the chef.
The shower bath has been recently upgraded with new shower fixtures and it has a double sink vanity. The bedroom is large enough to accommodate to two adults very comfortably with a six draw dresser an 8 ft wide closet and 42" Sony TV.
We have always loved the location and the wonderful outdoor patio that comes with this little gem of an apartment. Once you stay, we believe you will too.

Large outdoor patio with great view of Boulder's Flatirons. Short walks to Boulder Creek, University of Colorado or Pearl Street mall. No need for a car, it's an walk too just about everywhere in downtown. Boulder's main bus terminal is only 8 blocks (.6 of a mile) away, making a day trips to Denver or the airport extremely easy.
