Kamari Villa - D w/ Private Pool

This villa is part of the Kamari Village group. Individually owned villas, situated on the Southwest coast of the island of Naxos, 17kms from town, on a secluded hillside overlooking the sea and the island of Paros.

The villa is comfortable and private.
It is ideal for couples and for families.
WIFI access.
Wonderful views & a ten minutes walk to some of the best sandy beaches in the island. Spectacular sunsets over the island of Paros.

This villa is one of three detached villas, which are built on a slope, so as not to obstruct each other’s views. Cycladic architecture, white washed walls and blue shutters.
The villa has two bedrooms, one double (queen size bed) and one twin. The double bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.
There is another shower/WC.
Air conditioning and ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
Open plan living/dinning/kitchenette.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, cooking range and oven, toaster, electric kettle & coffee machine.
Hair dryer, iron & ironing board.
Washing machine.

The kitchen opens onto an outdoor breakfast/dinning patio with pergola, and a built-in Bar-B-Q. Further out is another covered veranda with built-in sofas.
The living room opens onto a swimming pool (4.5m x 2.5m) and a sitting area with built-in sofas and pergola.

Minimum rental period is one week.
Check in 15:00, check out 11:00.
Capacity: 2-4 persons.
Cleaning every 7 days.
Car rental is essential!!

Paradise exists!

This villa is a little gem. It is very cute, confortable, practical and charming. Perfect greek holidays atmosphère with beautiful colours, stunning sunsets, several places to chill… Service is great with regular pool and house cleaning, highly recommend !! We were welcome by the very kind Talke who made sure we have breakfast for thé next day and snacks.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt! Alles war wunderbar sauber und nett hergerichtet. Nach der Hälfte der Zeit erfolgte zudem eine Reinigung. Der Kühlschrank war bei unserer Ankunft großzügig für unser erstes Frühstück bestückt und wir wurden herzlich von der sympathischen Talke begrüßt und über die Zeit liebevoll betreut. Das Haus ist noch schöner und größer als auf den Bildern zu erkennen. Der Pool war wunderschön. Wir können die Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen.

Vacances relaxantes

Très belle propriété. Endroit calme et près de plusieurs plages et restaurants. Beaucoup de place extérieure afin de profiter du dehors. La piscine privée est un atout certain.

Tranquilité et belles plages à proximité

L’endroit est à l’écart de l’animation, avec vue sur la mer et l’île de Paros. Belles plages de sable moins fréquentées à proximité. La maison est très propre et les espaces extérieurs de chaque côté permettent de choisir l’endroit détente en fonction du soleil, des vents et du moment de la journée. Un endroit pour vivre car l’espace commun à l’intérieur est plutôt petit. Mais c’est la Grèce et nous vivons à l’extérieur avec Le Soleil. Excellentes informations du propriétaire dès le début et support pour la location de voiture (nécessaire ). Indications claires et précises pour rechercher la propriété où nous attendait Talke pour voir à nos besoins sur place. Une délicate attention avec des provisions pour les premiers déjeuners et quelques gateries. Merci à vous, nous espérons y revenir et recommanderons cette propriété.

2 WEEKS IN HEAVEN

EVERYTHING WAS JUST PERFECT - THE VILLA HAS JUST ALL THE NECESSARY FURNITURES TO FEEL LIKE AT HOME. ALL THE REST IS EXTRA => SUN, QUIET PLACE, NEXT DOOR BEAUTIFUL BEACHES AND GOOD RESTAURANTS, SWIMMING POOL, BBQ, ... IT WAS JUST SUPERB HOLIDAYS THANKS TO THIS WONDERFUL VILLA IN NAXOS. MANY THANKS TO BARBARA, AS WELL. WE SURELY COME BACK.

Dionysus Dream Destination

Mythology tells us that Ariadne the daughter of King Minos was abandoned by Theseus her lover on the island of Dia where she was found by Dionysus who was known for his power and fertility and god of fruit, food and wine and taken by him to Naxos. He obviously knew where he was going as Naxos is the only island self sufficient in all of the above and he certainly would have enjoyed the pleasures of Kamari Villas as do many of the discerning clients who choose to holiday there each year as we ourselves do. The panoramic views from Kamari of the sea and islands surrounding Naxos are magnificent, the comfortable accommodation is set in private grounds and gardens each with their own swimming pool complete with all facilities necessary for those visitors seeking a relaxed quiet holiday close to the beach and sea and access to marine sports nearby and is surrounded by the outstanding countryside, rural walks, challenging mountains and local villages. There are numerous bars, tavernas and restaurants nearby or within 30 minutes drive. The local people are helpful, friendly and pleased to serve you as are the villa managers and staff. We shall be returning to Naxos again next year as we have done for many years and we have no hesitation in recommending the villas as a pleasing place to stay as I am sure Ariadne and Dionysus would also.
