Beautiful Tranquil Naxos House with Stunning Views, 400m to Agia Anna Beach.

A spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, terraced townhouse. Set over 3 floors with modern décor, close to the picturesque port and blue flag beaches of Agia Anna and the stunning beaches of Plaka and Agios Prokopios. Only a 400m walk to the beach.
The layout of my house is perfect for 2 couples or a family with children, having sleeping areas with air conditioning, shower rooms and terraces on the upper and lower floors, and a shared living space with terrace and air conditioning in between.
The house has 3 very large terraces with 180 degree panoramic views along the South West coast of Naxos and is located in a very quiet no through road, on a small hill, overlooking the surrounding beaches.
On the middle level there is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, dishwasher, dining & living areas, 2 large double sofa beds, air conditioning, 40in Curved Smart Satellite TV with Netflix, CD music player, high speed wireless internet (40Mbps) and a workspace/desk. This leads to a large balcony with spectacular views.
From the middle level, stairs lead down to a large double bedroom with a queen size bed, large double sofa bed, air conditioning & shower room. A store room with Siemens washing machine and a Bosch tumble dryer. From the bedroom there are double doors leading onto a 25 m² balcony with sun beds, table & chairs & glorious views along the Naxos coastline.
From the middle level stairs lead up to a large double bedroom with a queen size bed air conditioning and a shower room, double doors lead to a large balcony with sun beds, table and chairs and stunning views.

Naxos averages more than 10 hours of sunshine a day in the summer months and almost no rain in June, July, August and September. Naxos was recently voted the 6th best island in the world by reviewers.

Please note you will be renting the owners home and not a hotel. A cleaning and laundry fee of €200.00 is payable in cash on your arrival. This cleaning and laundry fee covers your end of stay cleaning and laundry. Also it includes a mid-clean laundry change and bathroom clean if staying more than 7 nights. Also we have outside security cameras (CCTV) which are switched off during your stay.

The home provided a beautiful water view in a quiet little neighborhood. It was spacious, well equipped, clean and well kept. We enjoyed a short walk to the beach and restaurants each evening. It is 15 minutes from the main town and great location for access to other areas of the island. Our host David made us feel so welcomed! He met us at the home for a tour, offered wonderful suggestions for restaurants and activities and stocked the kitchen with a generous supply of fruit, bread and wine. He also provided great communication during the entire rental process (even arranged for our taxi upon arrival). Highly recommend this lovely spot in Naxos!

Perfect for two couples!

We loved everything about this property! David’s communication was exceptional, and he went above and beyond to show us around the house, plus took time to look over a map of the island with us and give us his tips and recommendations. The house itself has everything you need, including beach towels and other beach necessities, laundry detergent, sunblock and a lovely selection of books. It’s an easy five-minute walk down to the town of Agia Anna and the beach. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!

Perfect place for two couples

David is a wonderful host with great local tips. The house is beautiful, comfortable and fully equipped. The house has three floors with terraces in each of them. It is perfect for two couples, or a large family, since it has the bedrooms and bathrooms in two separate floors. It is a five minutes walk downhill to the beach and great restaurants. There free parking options a few meters from the house. Overall, we have a great time in David’s home!

Perfect location, amazing views

We loved our stay at David’s place. It was right near our favorite beaches and I loved the elevated view. I found the place spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed having the desks as we both worked remotely while there. Highly reccomend!

Excellent Host

David was a fantastic host. The place was very clean and was just as advertised. The only slight issue is that parking in front of the unit is very tight so it is better to park down a steep hill and walk to the unit. I would definitely recommend this property to other travellers.

Great location and David was great!

We just spent 4 nights here and absolutely loved it. Naxos was by far our favorite island of the 2 we visited. I thought the location was great. It’s about an 8 min walk to the beach, and several restaurants and supermarkets. The place was clean and very well kept and the air conditioners worked well. David has been on Naxos a long time and is full of useful suggestions and information. We found having a rental car to be very useful as the island is spread out and there is much to see and do.

Lovely, Well equipped home. Spotlessly clean.

Loved this home on Naxos. Our host arranged for a taxi at the port and met us at the home to go over the features and local information. A generous selection of fruits, bread, and basic needs were provided and appreciated. The home is on three floors so guests need to be comfortable with climbing a bit. Short walk of 500 meters takes you to beaches stores and restaurants. We recommend this home.

a home away from home

David's home was perfect for my best friend and me... everything you need, plus some lovely extras complements of David (fresh fruit, a few grocery items, a bottle of wine... even a converter I could borrow). Agia Ana has the perfect balance of calm and quiet, and lovely restaurants near by on the beach (just a 10 minute walk). He gave us terrific information, and was available for anything we needed. Thank you David, for making Naxos even more special!

Spacious and well equipped unit in great location

This unit as it appears. David is quite helpful and the place is well stocked. Beach chairs and towels, sun hats, sun screen and first aid kit which we used! Good tools for cooking should you choose to cook. Favorite features, outdoor space, suites on upper and lower levels--good for privacy and walk distance to beach and resturants.

Quiet, well-equipped and -appointed place with an exceptional host and great views over Agia Anna

We were looking for a place away from the hustle/bustle of Naxos town with comfortable outside spaces that was also walkable to restaurants and beaches. We found Panorama to be just that. David’s place is comfortably furnished and very well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen and good a/c. David is also one of the best hosts we’ve ever encountered. He was helpful with recommendations and very, very responsive (we use WhatsApp when overseas). He also kindly provided us with breakfast makings (fruit, milk, bread, butter, jam and - most important - coffee so that we did not have to rush out to a market on arrival). We especially enjoyed the porch off the upper bedroom, with a distant view over Agia Anna and across to Paros. We would happily stay here again if life brings us back to Naxos.

David was the best

David was the best host. He met us upon arrival from ferry. His place is spotless and he left us wine bread coffee fruit orange juice jam and more to get us started. He was available anytime for questions and told us lots of good restaurants and points of interest beaches etc. we loved Naxos. David’s place is in perfect location in Agia Anna within walking distance to store’s restaurants and beaches. There is laundry beach chairs and everything else you need for a great location. We have made many great memories thanks to David. We will miss Naxos.

Perfect in every way!

Absolutely loved every moment of our stay in Naxos! David’s home was perfect for us…two couples and a toddler. The house was immaculately clean, well set up with everything we could possibly need, and with extremely thoughtful and generous supplies in the fridge and pantry. David met us at the house to show us around and shared his wealth of knowledge about the island and what to see and do. It was lovely to be in a quiet residential spot, yet still just an easy 8 minute walk to the bus stop, shops, restaurants and beaches. It would be very easy to go no further….but the bus service to beautiful Naxos town is fantastic, and it’s well worth renting a car to go up to the beautiful villages in the mountains. We fell in love with Naxos, and definitely plan to be back there to stay in David’s home again. David was probably the best host we’ve ever come across….excellent communication, very efficient, friendly and generous.
