Whitewater Ocean View 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Steps to Beach - Parkview #203

Spacious ocean view, upstairs 2 bedroom 2 bath unit in a quiet location, with an ocean view park as a 'front yard’ and a canyon view/ocean view state park as a 'backyard'.

See and hear the waves crashing from the dining room, living room and balcony, and enjoy a short 5 minute walk to Califia Beach.

Beautiful weather year round. Plenty of secure underground parking for you and your guests.

Just 1 mile south of charming downtown San Clemente and 1 mile north of famous Trestles surfing. 5 minutes to reasonably priced golf!

45 minutes south of Disneyland and 1 hour north of San Diego and all of its attractions.

Although the balcony has great views, it is not safe for young children.

For summer guests, we have ceiling fans and portable fans but we do not have A/C. For winter guests we have space heaters.

The apartment was very CLEAN! The apartment was a beautiful as advertised. Plenty of space and very comfortable. The underground parking was great as the streets were packed with cars. The free parking was a factor in our choice to book this place.It has 2 full bathrooms that are comfortable and spacious.

We had a great stay at this VRBO— it was a nice place that met all our needs. The location in San Clemente was exactly as described: a quiet, laid-back surfing town that made for a relaxing getaway. While the beds weren’t the most comfortable and the balcony was smaller than expected, these were only minor drawbacks and didn’t take away from the overall positive experience.

Beautiful condo great ocean views

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean and spacious. The views from the balcony were beautiful. Access to the beach is a short walk and there were plenty of beach chairs and towels. We spent time at the pool which was quiet and clean. Overall I would highly recommend and would definitely go back.

This property has an amazing view and is 2 minutes walk from the beach. The pictures are accurate and check in and out was easy. The parking garage was a great amenity for this area. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay

This is one of those properties where real life is better than the pictures. Really enjoyed our stay. Beach is very close. The pool was nice. Saw a coyote at the nature preserve from the balcony. Communication with the hosts was easy. It was quiet at night even with the windows open to San Clemente's perfect weather.
