We primarily just slept at the house because we were in the area to visit family for the holidays. The house provided everything we needed - a clean, comfortable space with enough beds and a fully-equipped kitchen for breakfast.

Splendid fall getaway

This lovely property with a view of Clear Lake was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. Spotlessly clean, spacious and welcoming, it was all we could ask for!

Great property with great location

Excellent, super clean property with great setup and nice amenities. Just a short walk away from surf ballroom and bars/restaurants. Host was very kind and accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. We had a great stay!

We are a group of 71 year old guys that met in 1963. Great place to stay and walking distance to many activities, food and drink. Nice deck with view of the lake. Sarah was very easy to work with and very accommodating!

Everything was a advertised. Very comfortable and nice. Very walkable to the Surf, and several of the things going on while we were there. Everything worked except the one Very switch we were told about. Very easy check-in and check-out. I'd rent again.

Great stay

Property was very nice and in a good location so my kids could ride back and forth to town on their bikes. We are first time visitors to Clear Lake. We rented a boat and tubed the 2nd day. It's a neat town and great for a short getaway.

Cute, clean and comfy!

My husband and I and two of our adult sons stayed here for two nights to attend a wedding reception for my nephew. The beds were comfy, the house is decorated nicely and feels like home, much better than staying in a hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and if we ever come back to town we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Nice property, OK location very close to the Surf Ballroom. Clear Lake Main Street is about a mile away. The steep steps are challenging, especially when carrying luggage. Would not stay here again for that one reason.Decks were nice with small partial view of Clear Lake.Good communication with Owners.

Quiet neighborhood

Loved the house. Nice and clean; very well organized. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials for preparing meals. Enjoyed grilling on deck and patio furniture. Neighborhood was quiet and nice walk to the lake.

Why they chose this property

This property is an ideal location for us. Located close to the surf and within walking distance to downtown. We love floating in the water at the public dock and watching the people go back and forth on North Shore Drive. The neighbors are welcoming and friendly. Go ahead and say hello, they would love to meet you!

What makes this property unique

This property is nice because of the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, with 3 full bathrooms getting ready for the day takes no time at all! Plus, with multiple levels you don't feel like your on top of each other!
