Updated Clear Lake Home near Downtown!

Welcome to our comfortable, updated post-WW2 home with oak floors, brick fireplace, remodeled kitchen and baths and a short walk to downtown and the lake. Well established, quiet area with great neighbors! Enjoy relaxing on our large, multi-level, tree-shaded deck with plenty of patio furniture, tiki torches, bbq grill, picnic table and overhead lighting. Private, fenced backyard with fruit trees and nicely manicured vegetation.

The main floor features a master bedroom with queen sized bed, full bath, living/dining area, full kitchen and play room/office with smart TV and pullout couch. Second story has two bedrooms, one with a full size bed and the other with two twin beds.

The basement is finished, with a full bath. Laundry room has modern, front loading washer and dryer, soaps, bleach, iron and ironing board.

EV charger available upon request.

4th of July Stay

We had a nice time with our family staying here. The back deck and yard were great for gathering and the kids playing. The home was clean and the location was great. We were able to walk downtown in less than 10 mins.

I’ve stayed at many Vacation rentals, and was a Hilton sales manager, and I never seen such a clean bathroom!! Way to go!!! The property is an easy walk to downtown and the beach! The back porch was amazing, cooled by the shade trees and very relaxing!!!

In addition to being quiet, cozy, comfortable and clean the home had everything we needed for our stay! Super easy quick walk to Main Street shops/restaurants and our relative's home nearby. The back patio is the perfect extension of the home's charm.

We had a wonderful time! The house was as described or better . The host were quick to respond to the one little hiccup we had with the key code entry and were very kind and accommodating. It was well stocked as well. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if in that area.

Nice Location, clean and accommodating. My only complaint is the stairs. A few of us had difficulty maneuvering them due to pre-existing injuries. A railing for the front entrance would be helpful. Clear Lake vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It was adorably decorated and so cozy. It quickly became our home away from home! The location was excellent to all downtown attractions which was so convenient but still far enough away to have privacy! The best part about this house was the backyard and shaded deck! Every night we enjoy relaxing out there! The owners Patrick and Heathers were so great as well, very quick responses for any questions I had and very accommodating! Met Heather the morning of our check out and she was so sweet! We would love to visit Clear Lake again and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Memorial Weekend

1.Gorgeous backyard 2. Air Conditioning is perfect (not on the listing but it’s central air) 3. Very nicely furnished including a swivel rocker that my granddaughter loved 4. Both bathrooms are very nice but the second one is in the basement-none on the second floor 5. Great location, it’s only a few blocks to downtown, grocery store, and beach. My family walked everywhere. Plus a quiet, friendly neighborhood. 6. The owners are helpful and respond quickly to any questions or needs. I will book again without a doubt!
