With over 500 sq. ft. and 180 degree of intoxicating views, the extra wide covered porch runs the entire length of the house, while the upstairs second covered has epic views.

Get hooked on Pretty Penny's blend of restrained sophistication coupled with flip flop poolside fun. Your sure to find the perfect spot relaxing on one of the many lounge chairs that encourage leisurely conversations, while generations can gather outside under the graceful poolside Cabana, with large flat screen TV and 1/2 bath.

Ample outdoor pool space provides relief from the hot Texas sun and you'll appreciate the multiple seating areas of lounge chairs, tables and cozy seating arrangements that give you space to spread out while soaking up the views.

Poolside Entertainment
The white rock Cabana has a white rock bar with bar stools, tv, stereo, sink and bathroom that overlooks the pool and views. This outdoor entertainment area is designed for maximum vacation fun! With a sparkling pool and stylish cabana gives you a real treat. Built to take advantage of the amazing views, y’all will love when the sun goes down and nighttime glamour kicks in.

Downstairs
Once you step under the antique stained glass transom over the front door, your eyes are immediately drawn to the wall of windows overlooking the outdoor concrete covered decks and expansive views.

Pretty Penny is destined to age gracefully with vaulted ceilings, spectacular staircase and beautiful open concept kitchen. Plush cozy leather sofas will make you feel right at home. This newly built home takes on age-old appeal thanks to the reclaimed materials and fine finishes.

Steep, soaring 26’ ceilings feature an exposed rustic beams, recessed lighting and ceiling fans. Rich layers of centuries old architectural elements of reclaimed ceiling beams, shiplap walls and custom designed stair rail draw the eye upward.

A wonderfully serene living room with a row double height windows, with small port hole windows above the 1st floor glass plate windows. With fantastic indoor/outdoor living, you have direct access to the outdoor terrace.

There are 3 bedrooms downstairs: Bedroom 1 has Queen bed and beautiful views. Bedroom 2 is the Master with King bed, ensuite bath and views. Bedroom 3 has a Queen and custom built in bunk beds. All bedroom views are simply stunning, with upscale furnishings and spacious.

Kitchen/Dining Room
The crisp white kitchen has vaulted ceilings, custom white head board cabinetry and furniture built cabinet pieces as well. White quartz countertops, large island, tile floors, stainless steel appliances and tile floors merge seamlessly together into a casual Frio lifestyle.

There is ample storage for all your food. The open concept dining room captures the expansive views, a custom dining table and vaulted ceiling. Have a swim in the morning and then join your friends and family inside to cook fabulous meals.

Upstairs
A stately staircase leads upstairs to 4 additional bedrooms. Bedroom 4 is a large, light filled loft with 2 Queen beds. Bedroom 5 has 1 twin bed. Bedroom 6 has one twin bed. Bedroom 7 has a Queen bed. There's also a large upstairs bathroom and private balcony with stunning views of the mountain range. Sheets & bath towels are not provided, but can be for an additional fee.
