Lake Martin Family Retreat - Room for Everyone!

Room for EVERYONE! 6 Bedrooms and 5 baths with 3 master suites! Located in a quite slough close to Chuck's, Chimney Rock, Goat Island by water and close to many great restaurants by land including Niffer's, Oscar's, Lake Martin Pizza Company, and Poplar Dawgs; and only 25 minutes to Auburn. This 4500 square foot house that can sleep 20 has two living areas, two full kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, two gas fireplaces, two laundry rooms, hardwood floors,and a grand piano! There are kayaks on property for your use as well. As you walk into the home, you enter on the main level with the kitchen, living area, and first master bedroom that has a mattress, large bathroom with double vanities, jetted tub, and separate shower with a walk in closet that hosts a washer and dryer. Upstairs are three bedrooms. The second master suite has a king bed, and bathroom with tub shower combination. The other two upstairs bedrooms share a hall bath and one has a queen bed and the other has two full size beds. If you travel back downstairs to the lower level, you will find another whole apartment! Large living area, beautiful kitchen and dining table with the third master bedroom that has a king bed, double vanities in the bathroom with a tile shower and walk in closet with another set of washer and dryer. The last bedroom is the bunk room with 4 twin extra long bunks, two queen beds that all connect to another bathroom. Both the main level and lower level have huge decks for grilling or relaxing! Just a few steps more and your at the large covered deck ready for a day on the lake!

The property met our needs and was lovely and well maintained. Our grandson said it was 2x better than the beach! We plan to book it again. There is one repair needed. Downstairs bathroom door into living area doesn’t lock.

Lake Martin family vacation

The house, dock, and location was perfect for our 13 family and friends for the week. The house fit all of us comfortably. The dock in the cove was perfect for swimming and fishing and provided easy access to any where we wanted to go. Awesome place and highly recommend it.

Awesome Getaway

We had the best time! We wanted a place close to Auburn so our kiddos could come enjoy some time with the fam during this crazy COVID time! They were able to do on-line classes with no issues while enjoying a beautiful relaxing atmosphere. The house was perfect! Enough room for everyone! The dock was a awesome...perfect place to hang out!! The week was amazing... being with family and friends! Tons of laughter and fun!!! We will def be back!! WDE!

House was great!

The house was awesome! It had everything we needed and more. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. Having two kitchens and laundry rooms was definitely a plus. We come to Lake Martin every year and this has been one of the best trips so far! We also liked being close to the rock and goat island. I would recommend this rental for any large group.

Jimmy and I have been married for 25 years and have always dreamed of living on Lake Martin. We found this home last year and have been renovating it since and have decided to share a little bit of our paradise with others. We have two children (19) and (15) and 2 dogs (5 lb Pomeranian and 15lb American Eskimo) we love spending our weekends on the lake swimming, boating, wake boarding, tubing, or visiting one of the many restaurants or islands near by.
