My rental unit in the heart of Edgemont Village is a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

This is a private basement suite located on the bottom floor of a house. The rental unit is completely separate and self-contained, giving guests privacy and independence during their stay.

Please note that the upstairs portion of the house is not included in the rental. Guests will have exclusive access to the basement suite only.

Brand-New and Well-Equipped: The unit is brand-new, providing a fresh and modern living environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances including a full-size fridge, range, oven, microwave, and toaster. The convenience of a full-size washer and dryer is also available in the unit.

Media Room and Wet Bar: A standout feature of the rental unit is the media room, complete with a projector and a 120" screen. This creates a cinematic experience for watching movies or shows. The full-service wet bar, along with the Sub Zero wine fridge, offers a perfect space to relax and unwind.
