Magnolia North: Condo has recently been updated with new HVAC unit, washer, dryer and Flooring. 1 bedroom and 1 and a half bath condo has great views of the nearby pool. This newly updated condo has all the amenities of home. Condo has a new flat screen TV in the living room and bedroom. This unit has one king bed and pullout couch. Condo is surrounded by the lush , rolling fairways of Myrtlewood golf club. Conveniently located close to Myrtle Beach convention center and Myrtle Beach international airport. Minutes from the beach and entertainment from Broadway at the beach, Barefoot landing and Grand Coastal Mall.

Cozy place

Excellent place to stay

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. This place was very nice, very clean, and very accommodating. The owner was quick to respond to messages before and during our stay. I would recommend staying here for your vacation. It is very close to shopping and restaurants. We had zero issues with our stay. Will definitely stay here again on our next vacation!

Perfect place to stay for Ripken tournaments

The property was amazing and exactly what we were looking for. Keyless entry and no need to visit the checkin office after a long drive. The condo was spotless when we arrived and had comfy beds and everything we needed. The cooler, towels and beach chairs available to use were a great surprise. AC was super cold and everything in the kitchen was perfect. We love the location in Myrtlewood for the closeness to the Ripken Experience fields, Broadway at the Beach and more restaurants than you will need. The owner was great to work with and let us know as soon as the condo was ready (which was earlier than our checkin time). Loved the decor (trying to find the quilt for our bed at home) and there was more than enough room for the four of us. The kids loved the extra added mattress for the pull out couch bed and the pillows and bed in the master were outstanding. Imagine multiple pillows that aren’t completely flat! Next time we get to Myrtle Beach we will be back!

Myrtle Beach Vacation 2019

It had everthing you needed for a beach vacation! Steve was excellent in commuicating with us before and during our stay. The condo had everything you needed to cook with if you didn't want to eat out every meal. Great Location also a very short drive to the beach. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to myrtle beach!

Myrtle beach visit

Perfect rental for our stay in Myrtle Beach. Stephan's place is cozy, clean, comfortable and well-decorated. I would definitely stay again and will recommend it to my friends. Not having to check in and out at the rental building was a plus!!

Great Condo and location

The condo was perfect! The bed and sofa bed were comfortable and the living space is very large and open. Loved the location...10 minutes to the beach and all of the attractions of Myrtle Beach, yet removed from the craziness of the downtown area. Stephen was very responsive to my questions and super easy to communicate with!! You will enjoy your stay!!

Comfortable stay!

I was very pleased with my stay here. The property upon arrival was very clean, modern, organized and just felt relaxing. It was also spacious enough to accommodate my family of 4 (two children). I would definitely recommend to others and will return for future stays!

Great Stay at Myrtle

We rented this apartment for a wedding that took place in the area. The location was great, amenities were excellent, and the interior was super clean. Didn’t have beach access but that wasn’t a problem for us. Parking was easy. Everything we visited was about a 10 min or less drive.
