There are outdoor pools with grilling areas and walking / bike paths throughout for you to enjoy. You are just 5 minutes (1 mile) from the beach with public parking right on the ocean. Stunning view of the pool and golf course right off balcony. There are (2) 18-hole golf courses in Myrtlewood right on the property situated on the Intracoastal Waterway.

Originally from PA, we are now full-time residents in Myrtle Beach, SC. We fell in love with the ability to be outside all year and decided to make the move two years ago! We are a very active family and enjoy everything outdoors. We love having the opportunity to provide an affordable home away from home for those who choose Myrtle Beach as their travel destination.

Magnolia Place at Myrtlewood was an easy choice for a central location! Close to all of the main attractions- but still a quiet, clean complex. Walking paths are available throughout the community for those who enjoy to take a walk. Below are a few of the places we frequent, by car:
