Quaint and Quiet Getaway

We loved the Moondance carriage house for our weekend in Rosemary beach! My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom while our son, that was visiting, slept on the pull out sofa. It was a perfect location to walk to dinner and the beach. Pools were close and lots of shopping too! We loved the peaceful garden entrance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This carriage house is so cute and in the perfect location. We loved having the bikes to ride around the town and to the beach. It was sooo quiet and peaceful. We loved it!

Perfect first stay at Rosemary Beach.

We absolutely loved our time in this carriage house! It is an ideal spot in Rosemary Beach for a couple's getaway. Emmy, the main homeowner/ host was helpful and very kind. The location is perfect for bike rides or walks to the beach and downtown area, while it is only a block from the refreshing Cabana Pool. We enjoyed dinner at several great restaurants, but also had everything we needed to enjoy a few evenings making simple meals at this well furnished cottage. We cannot wait until we are able to return to this beautiful area!

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

My family just used this property for a short getaway for Labor Day weekend. The king size bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the use of the bikes. The pullout sofa was fine for our two sons. The only downside was no washer/dryer with the property. This was ok for a weekend but would have been challenging for a week long rental.

Lovely, Relaxing Retreat

My husband & loved our getaway for a few days. We've been visiting 30A communities for years, & I go to RB a few times a year...but as we live in the FL panhandle, usually only as day trips. I loved the opportunity to really unwind in beautiful RB "after hours." Moondance was a quiet retreat with exactly what we needed as a couple. Bed was so comfortable, views were like a treehouse, WiFi worked amazing for my husband to work even, & the included bikes were a much needed & appreciated luxury. Our Moondance escape was everything we hoped for.

Perfect and clean carriage house!

This carriage house was absolutely perfect for my two teenage daughters and me for a quick girls trip! Located a block or two off the main Rosemary Square, easy access to coffee shop and bookstore that we biked to each morning on the 2 bikes that came with the rental! Loved that!! Bathroom and kitchen were spotless and even smelled clean! King bed was very comfortable. We loved our stay, and would definitely stay here again. ( when we booked, there were no reviews, but were happy to report- it was amazing! Thank you so much!

Needs a little bit of maintenance.

First, the positives: The carriage house is in a quiet part of Rosemary and has a separate entrance with a small garden. However, there were a few issues with the home. First, the keys were rusted and took a lot of effort to unlock the door. Thankfully maintenance came and replaced the one key that didn’t work at all. Secondly, several of the wooden blinds were inoperable. They were missing the central bar that helps open and close the louvers. Also, the outdoor shower had a major leak in the pipe so water sprayed everywhere.

Great Experience!

This is our third year going to Rosemary Beach and our best rental so far. It was clean and updated, with abundant towels and linens. The bikes were a great bonus. The carriage house is nestled in the quiet back corner of Rosemary Beach so we brought a bike basket with us, but it was still a little tough toting our cooler and beach toys to the walkover. Would recommend renting a bike trailer or taking a wagon if you have a lot of beach gear.
