During high season (Jan., Feb., Mar. & April) we will only book from the 1st day of the month for the entire month.

This is a newly updated 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. Watch the beautiful sunrises from the dining room table with your morning coffee. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from the most beautiful part of the beach located at the end of the property on the sunset deck.

On the second floor of a three-story building. (no elevator)

Absolutely NO smoking, NO vaping, NO candles and NO pets.

Amazing Condo and Location

My husband and 2 boys, 15 and 12, had a fantastic time in Ft. Myers Beach! The location is excellent, the pool and beach were so warm and not crowded at all when we went in July. The condo is perfect! It had all the amenities that we needed. It was clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend Cathy and Doug’s condo and the location. We would love to return in the future. Thank you!!

Great stay!

We loved our stay here (so much that we talked about looking at the unit for sale on the property). The owners were so easy to communicate with a quick to respond. The condo was clean and very well maintained with great proximity to the beach, pool, grocery store and more. It’s in a quieter area which is what we like. Farther north is filled with traffic and wall to wall people on the beach. This was our own little section of paradise for the week and we didn’t want to leave. I also had to do some work while there and the WiFi was terrific. Great neighborhoods for us to take morning strolls in as well.

We loved our time on Fort Myers Beach at Cathy’s condo. It is very comfortable and furnished with everything we needed. We like the size of the complex and how nice the grounds are. We plan to return.

Fantastic Accomodations

Clean and well stocked condo. Communication with the owner was excellent! I would recommend that you rent a car if staying here, due to construction it is difficult to walk places. We used Uber which worked out fine and never had to wait more than 15 minutes. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend to others.

Perfect stay!

We had a wonderful time at Cathy's clean and very lovely condo. Everything was provided for a perfect vacation. We so enjoyed all the floor to ceiling windows/sliders in the dining area. The kitchen was very well equipped with great appliances and nice, good quality, like-new cookware. Plenty of nice towels, for bath, kitchen and beach., as well as beach chairs, toys, coolers, etc. The beach itself is just at the end of the parking area, with a lovely sundeck with chairs at the entrance to it. The pool area is very nice, (pool is heated ), the grounds at Privateer are nicely landscaped and very well maintained. Cathy was wonderful to work with-- made sure we had all the info we needed for a great trip, and very accessible if we had a question. The mid-island location was perfect for us. We would most definitely stay there again!
