Upon entering the condo, you will be greeted by a beautifully remodeled kitchen featuring pristine granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an extensive custom bank of cabinets providing exceptional storage and counter space—a truly rare find at North Coast Village! The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, small appliances, and cooking utensils you need to prepare culinary masterpieces during your beach vacation. The dining room table comfortably seats 6, with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar.
LIVING AREA
A300 - Pier View Paradise is furnished with a large, plush sectional perfectly designed for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The living room features a 55” digital Smart TV with over 140 channels. You can also easily log into your favorite streaming platforms, like Hulu or Netflix, to binge your favorite shows after a day in the waves. On a cool or rainy day, cozy up by the gas fireplace and enjoy the warm ambiance it creates.
BATHROOM
Both bathrooms are en-suite, offering ultimate privacy and convenience. The guest bath features a spacious walk-in shower, while the master bath includes a relaxing shower/tub combination.
SLEEPING
A300 is perfectly arranged to accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom features a luxurious California King-size bed and a convenient desk space, ideal for remote working. The guest bedroom features both a full and twin-size bed, along with a large walk-in closet—another rarity at North Coast Village! The master bedroom also includes a spacious closet with sliding doors. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and mounted flat-screen Smart TVs, and the guest bedroom even includes a Blu-Ray DVD player. For additional accommodations, there is a Queen pull-out sofa bed in the living room.
Please note: There is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round—meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you happen to visit during a warm spell, we provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
EXTRAS
This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the secured underground garage, with convenient elevator access taking you directly to the 3rd floor.
A high chair and Pack 'n Play are provided in the unit for our younger guests.
To keep things cool, we provide three tower fans for warm summer nights, in addition to the ceiling fans. High-speed wireless internet is provided free of charge. A300 is fully equipped with all the essential beach gear for a truly magical vacation: boogie boards (4), beach towels (6), a beach umbrella (1), beach chairs (4), and sand toys.

Other amenities include a commercial-sized barbecue area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved gated garage parking, laundry facilities in the complex with card/app-operated washers and dryers, and 24-hour patrol to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Please note that the Amtrak Coaster trains run all along the California coast. They pass by but are no longer allowed to use their horns along this stretch of track.
