Great Beach Get Away for the Family

Excellent location. The complex is right on the beach. This is a great beach for all ages too. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The complex was nice and quiet at night. I loved the view of the pier from the patio.

Great Location - Easy Access to Beach

We had a lovely time staying at this property. Easy access to the beach and heated pool. It worked well for our family of 4, including 2 young kids. Our messages were quickly responded to and the walk-thru of the property was very detailed. Would stay here again!

We’ve stayed at NCV many times and always love it. It’s an awesome location with ocean view. Conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and many excellent restaurants. This unit is clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We will definitely be back.

There was a change in our flight and we arrived early. The property manager was understanding and we were able to check in early. It was very helpful since we were traveling with little kids. My family and I will definitely be back.

This place was grt. Remodeled well, had grt features. Nice location with the ocean and pier.

Place was grt for us. Lots of room to relax and very clean. Pool was grt and landscaping was amazing. Down sides were that dishwasher didn’t work to well. Bathroom sink drained slow. Lots of homeless people hanging around. Train was loud at times. Overall though a grt place.

Spacious and clean

We loved our stay, it was our first time in this unit and we enjoyed the extra space of the penthouse. Plenty of bedding, clean fresh towels, fans to use, a good dishwasher- these things matter to us! I would recommend the owners follow up with the building enforcement because someone was smoking near our unit multiple days and with all the windows open that was pretty gross. We've stayed at NCV many times and that's never happened, so I hope they aren't getting lax enforcing that! That's definitely not a reflection of the unit though, thanks for providing a great place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was amazing loved it. Nice well kept property and newer furnishings. The ocean view was not clearly described and didn’t realize it was up stairs in the bedroom. The main floor was nice but facing the train and the noise was a little irritating. Also the tenant down stairs smoked a lot of pot and fumes came through the door. Had to shut them at night. But overall grt. Also tried requesting late checkout and couldn’t here back from any one.

The most beautiful apartment I have ever seen!

This place is so beautiful! The furniture was very high quality, the beds were extremely comfortable and the view was spectacular! We cooked a lot and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. We even grilled one night! By the way, they did have salt and pepper! The hot tub and pool were fabulous and we enjoyed relaxing there after enjoying the beach, which is just a short walk from the unit. The only issue (which I don't think they can fix) is that it smelled very moldy--which came from inside the walls. They forgot to clean the patio facing the ocean, which was probably just an oversight. There was a dead plant there and leaves on the ground. The knob to turn on the fire place was cracked, so didn't work. They also had just basic cable. No Roku, so the TV was very boring. Regardless, it was a fabulous place and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

A perfect escape

Vacation with the Grandkids

We stayed at this location for 4 nights after a stay at Legoland. Visited with my grandkids 6 & 8 and the other set of Grandparents. (1st vaca away from Mom & Dad) Everything about the place was perfect! Check in process was a breeze. Timothy was communicative with all of the details. The unit was very clean & well stocked. The beach items were a definite plus - chairs, tent, umbrella, cooler - made for fun days at the beach! The location was also perfect - quick walk to the beach and a very short walk to restaurants, gift shops, etc. The building on the other side had a larger pool, but with smaller kids the pool at this unit was perfect. It was never busy and very clean. - We will be back, Thanks for the great memories!

Oceanside Condo

Our stay was nice and smooth. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Was well stocked with kitchen dishware/cooking equipment, lots of beach chairs/boogie boards/toys/etc, plenty of towels/sheets/linens. View from the master balcony was perfect to wake up to and watch the sunset. We wanted to be right on the beach and we were. The complex also offers a really nice pool/gym and other facilities that we enjoyed. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

My teen daughters and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The Property Manager, Tim, was super helpful - very responsive to my questions in advance of the trip and met us at the condo when we arrived - at 9:30 pm! We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony enjoying the ocean view and watching the surfers. The condo is on a sandy part of the beach and we used the chairs provided in the condo to relax on the beach during the day. We found numerous good restaurants within walking distance for lunch and dinner. The condo itself was clean and comfortably furnished. Overall, very nice!

This was a delightful property.

The view from the upstairs master bedroom is lovely The location, so close to the ocean was perfect. The entire condo unit is clean, and the elevator is welcome to get to the third floor. The gate secure underground parking is awesome. The pots and pans provided are wonderful.

Christmas Getaway

My family and I were very impressed with this well appointed vacation getaway. The location with ocean views was perfect! We found the rooms to be very clean, nicely furnished with beautiful furniture, a fully supplied kitchen, and easy access to outside walks along the beach. Our host was eager to assist in every way possible. Great!
