We loved this condo and the property. Check in was very easy, the condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool was great for small kids and access to the beach was easy.

Great location!

Although there was some confusion upon check-in (door access code not clear, outdated parking permit information, etc.) the place was huge and as listed! Great location steps to the beach and beautiful property.

Gorgeous in Georgia

We can say enough about how much we enjoyed our trip to the Golden Isles. The location on SSI Grands was perfect for getting around. Check in was simple, facilities had everything described and the onsite office staff was very helpful. On days that we weren't out exploring the island (or surrounding islands) we were enjoying the beach and pool. Thank you!

Not as good as the photos

Location was awesome but condo was not what I expected. First, the sliding glass patio door was broke with a sign on it. The couch and chairs in living room were so worn, very uncomfortable. Just not what I expected for the price.

When we spoke in regards to extend your stay we did take note that you requested a few additional kitchen items for your stay that we were able to promptly provide. However we were not aware you were dissatisfied with the carpets or beds. This condo underwent major renovations in Spring of 2016 in which the carpets, beds and all furnishings were replaced. It is among the top favorites of our 300+ plus properties because of its pristine appointments. We hope that you found your stay to be exceptional aside from the items you mentioned and you were pleased with our responsiveness to your request as well as the beautiful views and proximity to the beach and private pool. We hope to have the opportunity to accommodate you and your family again in the future!

Lovely,spacious beachfront condo

This condo has recently updated decor , baths, and kitchen. Comfortable furniture and bedding was in all bedrooms and living areas. There was one issue with a bathtub draining .The response and fix was immediate! This was a wonderful time for our family ,and hopefully we will return soon.
