New construction in downtown CB. House was fully equipped. Well designed. Very clean. Pet friendly. Common area. Walking distance from ELK. Comes with two parking spaces which is key. Close to grocery store and places to dine. Multiple unit types to choose from. I plan to rent again next year, but will choose a unit with a porch. Exceeded expectations.

The common area on site was great for kids to get together and play. The houses were immaculate when we checked in and supplied with all necessities (even Camp for Coffee!). The concierge service was helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend staying here!
