Bougainvillea-109 is one of the largest 1 bedroom/2 bath corner units on the property with 1039sf inside, 250sf main lanai plus a large private grass area. And a wrap-around private courtyard/ garden lanai off the bedroom.

In true island style, leave your worries and shoes at the door as you enter the tiled entry hall that leads to the remodeled upscale kitchen. Granite counters and new black & stainless appliances give a modern look with crisp white cabinets.
