The outdoor area is for your exclusive use and includes a pool, garden, terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Air conditioning is provided. The property is within walking distance of the beach, and a tennis court is 15 minutes away on foot. There are 4 parking spaces on the premises. Pets and smoking are not allowed. There is also parking for motorcycles and bicycles. Part of the electricity is generated by solar panels. Please respect quiet hours.
