Wonderful house private pool in a protected green setting, close to everything

Sarah’s house vacation rental is a totally independent holiday home. Capacity 7 people max., 3 bedrooms, sle eps 7, terrace, outdoor and private 8X3.50 m non heated swimming-pool (opened from April to the end of September), private car park for 2 cars. We will lend you 2 remote controls to operate the electric gate and park your cars on the private car park places located right next to your house

You'll be nestled in the sheltered setting of a magnificent, typically Mediterranean property, yet completely independent, with your own private pool and private outdoor space.
In the center of the picturesque village of Sérignan, Hérault, 3 kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea. You'll be in the village, close to all amenities within a 5-minute walk, and less than 10 minutes from the beach.

We’ve just had an amazing stay! Great hosts, beautiful house & grounds. A fabulous area - stunning beaches, wonderful restaurants, markets and certainly plenty to see and do. Definitely worth a visit!

Relaxing in a Mediterranean place

We enjoyed a calm time for ourselves in a nice house and garden. We got lucky, the village and many others had additional culture activities for summer in general and the week around Bastille day in particular. If anything I'd criticize the mosquitos a bit, gladly we had repellant but there were no flyscreens nor other countermeasures. But that is only worth to mention for -0.1 stars as all other things were great.

Superbe maison

A beautiful house in a pretty garden with a wonderful pool. The house is stylish, comfortable and large. It is in an excellent location , within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Very secure parking too. We had a very warm welcome from the owner. Highly recommended.

The property is absolutely beautiful every room is lovely, spacious and spotlessly clean with the fabulous pool area great for a lazy afternoon. We were welcomed warmly by Sophie who talked us through accessing the property through the gate and we loved the enthusiastic tail wagging greeting from Ruby and Neo the border collies. There is an awesome BBQ to use after purchasing local produce for a family evening. It is a three minute walk to the village square where you can sit and watch the world go by with a coffee, beer or glass of wine. We chose to eat in a different restaurant each evening and would strongly recommend Angele, Brasserie FOP and Chez Tom although we did not have a disappointing meal anywhere. Serignan does have everything you need with a large Carrefour just about walkable from the house however the village centre is a better place to buy local fresh produce You can hire bikes and cycle along the river to Serignan plage visiting a fabulous local produce stall along the way and La Table Rive Gauge for a drink/snack We chose not to use a car whilst we were in Serignan and found the bus network really good. We travelled by bus to Bezier and then by train for day trips to Carcassone and Montpellier. We also used the bus for a trip to Valras Plage and an afternoon in Bezier. This region of France is spectacular, the people friendly, the produce fresh and the wine superb. Our flight home was late afternoon and Sophie stored our bags until we left.

Herrliches Haus in schöner Stadt in Strandnähe

Gerne wären wir länger geblieben: Ein wirklich großartiges Haus, eine tolle Gastgeberin, eine schöne kleine „lebendige“ Stadt (regelmäßig Markt, immer frischer Fisch und gute Restaurants) sowie ein fantastischer Sandstrand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Très jolie maison dotée de tout le confort.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Serignan est très agréable à vivre l' été , très animé. La maison est proche des commerces et des restaurants, tout se fait à pied.

Beautiful Sérignan

We absolutely loved our stay at Sarah’s House. The property is very well equipped and the outside spaces are secluded and comfortable. The pool is perfect. At the weekend, Leo the dog was our visitor as he watched our son play in the pool. Sérignan itself has everything you need - local shops, friendly bars and restaurants and a market three times a week. Guy and Sophie were super friendly and helpful. And it’s clear they have been doing this for a long time. We would really recommend Sarah’s House for a beautiful stay.

Sehr gute Wahl!

Wir haben ein der Beschreibung entsprechendes, sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Feriendomizil vorgefunden. Die Gastgeberin war bei Fragen oder Problemen jederzeit ansprechbar (wohnt im Haus nebenan), darüber hinaus aber zurückhaltend. Das Haus liegt zwar direkt an der Straße, die auch gut befahren ist, aber im Haus, insbesondere abends, hört man wenig vom Verkehr durch die Lage der Zimmer und die dicken Mauern sowie die schließbaren Fensterläden. Die charmante und für die Gegend ganz typische kleine Innenstadt mit ihren kleinen Gässchen ist nahe gelegen und zu Fuß erreichbar. Liebe Sophie, es war sehr schön bei euch! 🤗

-privater Pool, super, sauber und ausrechend groß, 5 ***** -wlan, Vermieter hat sich sofort bei Problem gekümmert, danach beste Funktion, 5***** -Lage, an der Hauptstraße, manchmal etwas lauter aber man war sofort im Ort, 4**** -Ambiente, sehr französisch unten besser als oben in den Schlafzimmern, 3-4*** -Vermieter, sehr nett und zuvorkommend, leider kleine Zettel mit Regeln im Haus, 3*** -Nutzung, leider sehr viele Tigemücken, 30 Sticke die fürchterlich gejuckt haben.

The perfect holiday location to explore this beautiful part of the world!!

This really was the perfect holiday stay! The house is a beautiful, traditional, building set in its own grounds, but also has access to the large adjoining garden with table tennis and petanque. It is comfortable and well furnished and very well equipped with everything you could need. We found it roomier than the impression given by the photos. We had six adults staying and we never felt short of space. There are ample seating areas inside and out and the bedrooms are roomy and airy. The owners, Sophie and Guy, were most welcoming and gave us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The property is on the edge of the main town of Serignan, but feels quiet and secluded thanks to the mature trees surrounding it. At night time it is near silent! There is ample parking for two cars and this is secure from the road by an electrically operated gate. The centre of the village of Serignan is no more than a 5 minute walk. It has a beautiful tree lined square, with a number of restaurants and bars, a Spar, boulangeries and patisseries serving delicious bread and cakes. There is a massive Carrefour supermarket within a 5 minute drive. The beach is also only 10 minutes by car. The places to visit nearby are too numerous to mention. But Bezier, Nimes, Narbonne, St Gwilhem Le Desert and Carcassonne are all nearby and should not be missed. In short, we had the most fantastic holiday at this beautiful house and fell in love with this stunning and welcoming part of France. Go. You won't regret it!
