3 Bedroom/2 Bath Cottage with Pier on Mobile Bay. Two separate guest areas

This pet friendly house on Mobile Bay is perfect for family vacations. It was completely updated in 2017 to include the fabulous waterfront sunroom with a table for breakfast or sunset dinners. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms with a joining bathroom, kitchen, sitting area, and sunroom. The upstairs is separate from the main house and has one bedroom, one bathroom, a sitting area with futon, and a kitchenette; perfect for grandparents or other family members. The house will sleep 6-8 people and there is parking for 4 cars. There is a nice patio area where you can cookout or enjoy some family time out of the weather. You can enjoy the beautiful views of the bay from the sunroom or take a walk out on the pier to catch the breathtaking sunsets. The pier has a ladder for water entry but is too shallow for jumping We are located 1 mile from a public boat launch, 15 mins from the Grand Hotel, 20 mins from downtown Fairhope, 25 mins from Tanger Outlets and OWA Amusement Park in Foley, and 35 mins from the beaches in Gulf Shores

This bay house has been in our family for almost fifty years! We have had amazing family game nights, cook outs, and love and laughter. We would love to share this special place with you and your family. As our family grew, we added on making the unique two sections that will house multiple families!

What makes our property unique is the history, space, and setting. This bay house has been in our family for over fifty years and has been filled with generations of memories—from summers spent fishing off the pier to family cookouts, game nights, sunsets, and time together by the water.

As our family grew, the home grew with us. The two-section layout makes it especially unique because it can comfortably welcome multiple families while still giving everyone room to spread out. It is more than just a place to stay—it is a peaceful bayfront retreat with deep Baldwin County roots, family history, and plenty of space to make new memories.
