You won't have to cross a single busy street during your entire vacation; just head 100 steps up the lazy private drive to your own beach boardwalk... and feel that baby powder sand under your feet. While you're at it, head either East or West down the beach to 2 of Destin's top rated beach restaurants. Leave those car keys in the dish!

Good Tides has all the space and luxury for up to 12 people to relax together, comfortably, and 3 parking spaces in the driveway. You are simply a short, 2 minute walk to your private sandy-white beach and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico (never cross Scenic Highway 98, nor any busy street). Once on the sand, beach service makes things easy - you don’t even have to bring your own chairs or umbrella! You are also less than a 1 minute walk to your five-star resort with lounging, pool (heated during March for spring break, Thanksgiving, New Year's and Christmas), and hot tub. Whether you’re a beach enthusiast or planning your next family getaway, Good Tides is the perfect choice for your next vacation.

Relaxing inside Good Tides is easy. Your home offers updates throughout, including new living room and dining room furniture, new flat screen TVs (75" in the living room), and new vanities & countertops in all bathrooms! Brand new kitchen appliances were added in 2020 and a fresh coat of interior paint was applied in 2021. You can enjoy an open air dinner on the balcony, just off the kitchen, by grilling your "catch of the day" on our new 5-burner grill. Or, sit and relax with a book and cocktail on your upstairs balcony, 1 floor up, in the master bedroom. High speed internet, cable, and paid premium channels will ensure you and all of your guests are endlessly entertained.

The first floor features two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, ceiling fans, and flat screen TVs. In addition to these guest bedrooms, the first floor offers one full bathroom, one half bathroom, a quiet patio, and a high efficiency washer and dryer - to ensure your beach towels are ready for your next trip out!

Next, take the stairs one level up to the main living area. No detail has been overlooked here! The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to feel right at home. With loads of countertop and cabinet space, cookware, dishware, and all major appliances, you’ll be able to create and serve your favorite family meals. The separate dining area seats eight at the table, comfortably, with additional seating for two at the custom breakfast bar. A full balcony off the kitchen houses a 5 burner grill for cooking out, plus room for 4 to enjoy dinner and drinks under Florida’s famous palm trees. The living room is the perfect place to gather and relax together. It features a cozy gas fireplace and brand new 75” flat screen TV. There is a newly updated half bath nearby, plus private wet bar; equipped with its very own wine chiller and mini fridge.

On the third level, you’ll find the oversized master retreat plus final guest bedroom. The master includes a flat screen TV, king size bed, oversized private balcony, and spa-like bathroom - with walk-in shower, double sinks, and soaking tub. The third-floor guest bedroom also has a flat screen TV and can accommodate up to six in comfort with two full beds and a set of twin bunk beds. A full bath and small private balcony complete the upstairs.

Destiny by the Sea is an exclusive private Gulf-front gated community offering exquisite homes in a coastal resort setting. Community amenities include clubhouse, community pool and hot tub, two private beach access points, and beach service rentals available in season. At this time, golf carts are not permitted for vacationers. However, Destiny by the Sea is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and cafe's.

Destin is well known as the World’s Luckiest Fishing Village largely because of its roots as a top fishing destination and quick access to the deep waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Destin boasts the largest charter fishing fleet in the state of Florida. But, there is much more to Destin than charter fishing. Destin has evolved over the years to be a top beach vacation destination. Featuring sugar white sand beaches and emerald colored water, it is an absolutely beautiful area. The town itself offers many upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities. Much of the development of the area has been done with luxury lifestyles in mind. Destin also has one of the busiest private airports in the country. There are tons of things to do in Destin, water parks, water sports rentals, parasailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, power boating, sailing, fishing, tennis, shopping, or just plain relaxing on one of the world’s most beautiful beaches.
