First Floor

PARKING
Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway only. The garage cannot be used for parking. Do not park sideways in the driveway or block sidewalks. No overnight parking on the street; all vehicles must be moved by 10 p.m. Parking on or between grass areas is not allowed. Parking passes are required and will be issued upon arrival at the security gate. Violations are subject to towing at the guest's expense or a $250 fine.

PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted at this property. Any pets not registered with the HOA will be subject to a $150 fine by the HOA and a cleaning fee of at least $500 to deodorize the home.

SMOKING POLICY
This is a non-smoking unit, both indoors and on the porch. Smoking is not allowed on the common property or public gathering spaces. This includes the pool area and beach.

HOA RESTRICTIONS
- No motorcycles, scooters, or any 1-, 2-, or 3-wheeled motorized vehicles (such as electric bikes)
- No rental golf carts are allowed. Only owner-owned golf carts are allowed.
- No personal beach umbrellas, tents, tarps, or canopies. Guests must use Sun, Sand and Sea for all their beach needs. No other beach rentals are allowed and are subject to a $250 fine.
- No beach toys or bikes can be left in front of the home. They must be stored out of sight of the road or in the garage.
- No weddings are allowed inside Destiny by the Sea.
- Quiet Hours start at 10 p.m. If noise complaints are received by the HOA, guests will be fined $250.
- Amenity wristbands must be worn March through October.
- Use the beach walkover. Parking is not allowed at the beach walkover.
-Primary renter must be 25 or older and be present the entire length of stay.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
- Linens and Towels: Bed linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided.
- Kitchen Essentials: Cookware, utensils, and basic appliances are included. Guests should bring their own spices and food items.
- Starter Supplies: We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo, body wash, laundry and dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. Extended stays may require additional supplies.
