Fantastic property for family

This beautiful property is a short drive/ walk to the beach, very close to the airfield/ Katama kitchen (perfect for kids) with a huge backyard and exceptionally organized for a stay that everyone in your family will enjoy. Lots of perks to the house - two master bedrooms especially helpful if traveling with extended family/ older folks who have trouble with stairs.

Fantastic Stay in Katama

The house was fantastic and even larger than we imagined! We love the location and it had everything we could need. Tons of books, beach chairs and games! Loads of space, especially for the two who had to work remotely. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

Visiting for best friends wedding

My friends and I were visiting Martha's Vineyard to celebrate our best friend's wedding. The house was perfect for our trip and comfortably slept all 8 of us. We loved the location, as it was halfway between Edgartown for shopping and lunch and the beach. Would highly recommend!

Best VRBO yet!

The home is spacious all around. The rooms gave everyone the space they needed. The backyard is huge and served as a beautiful and quiet gathering place for us. Our host was thee absolute best ever! Anytime we had a question or needed instructiona, we received prompt responses! I would rent here again and again, and strongly recommend this home. The ride to the beach is just 5 mins! On foot the beach is 1.2 miles so I did a quick 2 mile run to and fro each morning. The family room in the lower level has an easy to use projector set up so its perfect for rainy days in! Rent this home! Thank me later!
