Large duplex ski in / ski out 4 rooms in the heart Avoriaz

• In the heart of Avoriaz, quiet, with a beautiful view of the ski area
• Ski in winter, car-free resort.
• Available during the winter or summer season to discover the 13 Portes du Soleil resorts.

The apartment is large with 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 8 people in bedrooms + 2 people on 1 sofa bed in the living room for extras. It is quiet although located in the heart of the Avoriaz ski resort. The station is car-free and accessible by road or by cable car. You will have my covered parking space if you come by car. You will be able to leave and arrive ski in front of your door!

We do not recommend starting your stay on Saturdays. Indeed in addition to the congestion of the roads, you will be delayed when you arrive in the station because of the procedures of parking and transport in the station.
We suggest that you prefer Sunday for the beginning and / or end of your stay.

Such a nice and spacious spot to stay at in Avoriaz. The host was very communicative and made the check in and check out seamless. The location was quiet and peaceful yet still just a short walk from the main shops and restaurants. Plus we were able to grab our gear downstairs in the locker, head out side and immediately ski to the slopes. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic apartment in a great location, easily accessed from the prodains lift, a very short walk to Avoriaz centre, and ski in ski out access. Really great size that fit our party of 5 adults comfortably.

Incredible stay

We had an incredible stay here! Martin and Laurie kindly let us check in slightly early, very smooth check in process. Apartment was clean and more spacious than we imagined, slept 7 adults without any issues. Perfect ski in ski out location and within very easy walking distance of all shops/bars restaurant. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Location

Excellent location, and plenty of space for our group of 8 ( 4 kids and 4 adults) - had everything we needed for our ski holiday. The property manager was very helpful and ensured our stay was as hassle free as possible. Would happily return !

Fantastic half term family holiday

We tried a little earlier than anticipated after a long drive from the UK. Lea was so accommodating and helpful in arranging key pick up. We booked 1 parking space in Avoriaz in addition to the available 1 near the prodain and arrival and departure with 4 kids went without a hitch. Great space and facilities within the apartment and really accessible. Looking forward to staying again!

Très chouette!

L’appartement est très bien équipé et spacieux. Nous étions 5 adultes et la taille de la salle à manger et salon étaient parfaite. On pourrait loger à plus sans problème ce qui change de la plupart des appartements à Avoriaz. L’emplacement est idéal avec vue sur les pistes et soleil sur le balcon. Et vraiment agréable d’avoir une cheminée le soir. La personne qui nous a accueilli était super et la communication avec le propriétaire excellente. Merci et à bientôt !

Great appartment, great location

The appartment was spacious and clean. We stayed with 8 people and had plenty of room. The reception and communication with Martin before our trip, as well as with Louis in Avoriaz was great and they we're very helpful. Overall great stay, would love to see more like these.

Typisch französisch

Wohnung ist sehr schön renoviert und eingerichtet. Für deutsche Verhältnisse aber eher schlecht ausgeführt (Schranktüren klemmen, handwerklich nur mäßig) Schlafzimmer sind eher klein, aber völlig ok, wenn man mit Stockbett und 140cm Matratze, sowie wenig Platz leben kann. Der Wäschetrockner ist super, um nasse Skisachen für 10 Personen zu trocknen. Die Küchenausstattung ist eigentlich gut aber zum Kochen für 10 Personen sollte man noch einen großen Topf und vor allem ein scharfes Messer! mitbringen. Man muss sich eben darauf einstellen, dass man in Frankreich Urlaub macht und dort eben Sachen anders laufen als in Deutschland oder Österreich. So schadet es keinesfalls jemanden mit französisch Kenntnissen dabei zu haben, da vor Ort alles etwas leichter geht. Die Lage ist natürlich super und der Ort Avoriaz wie immer super schön. Preis Leistung für mich absolut ok, verglichen mit manch anderem Skigebiet.

Première fois à Avoriaz, nous avons bcp aimé le fait qu il n y ait pas de voiture, les vues sur les montagnes dégagées, les traîneaux à chevaux, le domaine skiable. L accès aux pistes direct de l immeuble. Appartement familial très propre et fonctionnel. Nous sommes partis avec envie de revenir 😊
