Ground floor:

BEDROOM 1: Sunset Suite:
The ground floor provides a separate entrance, offering complete privacy in this newly remodeled sanctuary.You’ll enjoy a stunning king size bed, wood floors, and a new mini fridge with a freezer, microwave, and coffee maker.

Included is a new Spa-like bathroom with radiant floor heating, tile/glass walk in shower, and a spacious vanity. All bathrooms provide plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and a hairdryer.

Main floor:
Looking out through the treetops, the rest of the home is on this level with 3 more bedrooms including a private master:


BEDROOM 2: Master:
This is a private master and the largest bedroom in the house with a new Serta Ultra Luxury King Sized bed, flat screen TV, and mountain loving décor. There is an attached master bath, double vanity, tub and shower, with another awesome view of the Notch and Kruger Rock from the window! Plenty of space to unpack and feel at home as you kick back in your own private haven within the Retreat.

BEDROOM 3: Fisherman’s Folly:
The third king sized bedroom with a huge walk in closet. This is Fisherman’s Folly, inspired by the work of our favorite Front Range artist, Barney Jensen, as he captures in watercolor, the solitude and bliss of fly-fishing our beloved Big-Thompson river!

Maybe you will be inspired to take advantage of the many fly-fishing tours in Estes (for at least a half day) or linger longer here in comfy linens. This room is highlighted by breathtaking views of Longs Peak, a perfect place to enjoy the night starlight.

BEDROOM 4: Nature’s Nest:
A room that boasts a comfortable queen, quaint seating area, and views among the treetops.
Observe nature, especially the Hummingbirds, Blue Jays or Nuthatch (they love the spruce out the window), in this cozy space, or pull down the blackout shades (in every bedroom) and ignore time as you take in the fresh mountain air.

These two bedrooms share a newly remodeled bathroom with radiant, tiled floor heat, a new tub and tile shower surround, cedar accents and plenty of space to hang up everyone’s towels.

Great Room:
The octagon shaped great room has several large picture windows looking to the rocks and nature that abounds outside; Deer (twin fawns last season), Elk, Cooper's hawks, and a family of chipmunks visit daily.

This unique design, will give everyone a place to gather and relax after a fun-fulfilled day of exploration. With over-sized leather chairs and couches, everyone will have a comfy spot to rest, soak in the ambiance from the remote controlled, gas fireplace, or simply enjoy a great view of the curved big screen TV(Netflix and DVD player) as the moss covered stone fireplace provides the perfect backdrop.


Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The large, well stocked kitchen has wonderful views from the windows and plenty of dishware and equipment to make any meal your family desires. We love to cook together, our daughter is the baker, so we have set up the kitchen with all of the gadgets and utensils needed to make any meal, or dessert!

For a special memory maker, there is a separate pancake griddle built into the counter. We have left all of the fixings for pancakes your first morning if you’d like!

Dining room:
The dining room is attached to the kitchen, so there is space to gather in conversation with the cooks.

This room hosts a special wine and coffee bar nook.

* Coopers Cooler
* Cuisinart 12 cup coffee maker and French press
* Glasses and bar supplies for all needs

Bear’s Den, fun and outdoor space:
Just off of the octagon shaped family room and kitchen is a den with the sliding door to the back deck with our Weber gas grill. Our Bear’s den is the perfect spot if someone wants a quiet place to kick back and read, we have many books and games on the shelves, there is a desk if someone needs to get a little work done, (WIFI throughout home) or just a great place for a puzzle.
We have set up the garage with a full size air hockey and ping pong table.

You’ll see our hammock and realize you could steal away tomorrow for a short snooze in nature!

Lastly, there is a wraparound deck on the front of the house hosting the most spectacular views! We have chairs and a table so everyone can eat outdoors and enjoy the incredible views, looking out to the peaks!

**NOTE: Because we look out through the trees, there are stairs to get to the main level of the home.
