Awesome Views and 10 Foot Ceilings in this Penthouse Unit on the 15th floor!

Phoenix 7 Unit #1507...You will LOVE this Penthouse Floor unit and the panoramic views from the balcony! And, since this unit is on the top floor (15th floor), you get the added benefit of 10 FOOT CEILINGS which makes the condo feel MUCH more spacious! You will also love the Italian marble floors, large SMART TV in the living room and a large flat screen in the bedroom, upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and more! And for those coffee lovers, we have standard coffee maker AND a Keurig for you in our kitchen!

There is a King bed in the Master Bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the Living Room....so, it sleeps 4! This condo is perfect for a couple's get-away or a small family. The dining area seats four and there is extra seating at the kitchen counter. And, another very nice feature is the full sized washer and dryer inside of this unit. It is so nice to be able to wash beach towels and swim suits while you are staying there!

***IMPORTANT*** The heating and cooling system and the hot water heater in this unit will automatically shut off if a door/window is left open for more than 60 seconds. The AC and hot water heater will remain off until the doors are closed. If you report an AC problem or a hot water problem and we send out the repairman (AC tech or plumber) and nothing is wrong other than you left a door or window open, you will be responsible for paying the call out fee.

***A parking pass is not included with the reservation. You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made and you'll need to purchase your parking pass online prior to arrival. No oversized trucks, RVs, campers, boats or trailers allowed on property.

The condo has great views but is a little tired. The bed definitely needs to be changed out and was surprised when we had no tissues and no extra toilet paper.

Hi Lyra, Thank you for staying with us and the feedback. We checked when the mattress was purchased and its actually only 2 years old. We know everyone has different needs when it comes to mattresses and we're sorry this one was not ideal for you. Regarding no extra tissues and toilet paper: We send a Suggested Packing List, Check-In instructions and Arrival Instructions all well before your arrival date. In each of these emails we clearly state that: "We provide a starter-pack of paper towels, toilet tissue, one trash bag, and dishwashing liquid and one dishwasher tablet. This is expected to get you through the first day, but you will need to bring extras to get you through the duration of your stay." We do our best to inform all guests exactly what to expect before arriving so that it shouldn't be a surprise. Thanks again for staying with us!

The view was beautiful from the 15th floor. The room was as advertised and very clean and comfortable. The beach was beautiful and location was easy to get to and from. The only complaint I have is the parking lot was being worked on and it was not made known to me. We had to 55 dollars to park and often had to park down the street due to lack of spaces. Other than that it was a great trip.

Top notch accommodations!!!! The view is breathtaking and balcony was perfect for dolphin watching in the mornings!!! The bed was very comfortable and the amenties are fabulous!!! The condo was pristine and so comfortable that we had a hard time leaving. The private beach acess and short walk to the beach were most welcomed as well as the helpfulness of the staff! We will definitely recommend this particular condo and facility to everyone!!! Thanks for a perfect vacation.

Don't let anyone tell you that the 4th floor is the same as the 15th because it IS NOT!! This unit is perfect for a small group. The bedroom is as dark as a dungeon which is just like I like it! Quiet and well furnished. Super clean and right off of the elevator!
