Located 450 meters from the sandy bay in Pinarellu and its small marine village with the possibility of not using a means of transport.
The beach is 450 m on foot, the nearest shop is a grocery store (in season) with breads, pastries, vegetables and Corsican products only 30 meters from the residence.
Restaurants, ice cream parlors, snacks, crêperies, cafes are 500 m away on foot, in the village of Pinarello.
The beach is ideal for small children because it is shallow, a beautiful pine forest for shade and picnicking just 500 meters from the Residence.
A very large apartment absolutely without any opposite, construction dates from 2018, comfortable, each room air conditioned. Uncovered parking at the back and front of the building. 4X9 pool.

View on the sea. Fine sandy beach 500 m from the rental with beautiful pine forest to enjoy the shade, 10 minutes by car is the Cavu river with its tree climbing and natural pools.
Possibilities of hiring of boats, pedal boats, climber, windsurfing etc ...
15 kms away is the Golf de Lezza with its 6 holes and 40 kms the fabulous Golf de Speronne with its 18 holes.
The seaside town of Porto Vecchio is only 10 minutes away and Bonifacio half an hour.
The high mountains with the Bavella needles are only 3 quarters of an hour.
Opportunities to do many hikes and visit remarkable sites.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Pinarello avec nos deux enfants en bas âge, pour qui la location est particulièrement adaptée. L’appartement est spacieux, très propre et très bien équipé. Petite suggestion: ce serait super d’avoir deux petites chaises pliables pour la plage. Nous nous sommes vraiment régalés avec la magnifique plage et sa pinède et la piscine. Merci aux Pietri pour leur gentillesse et disponibilité.

Séjour dans un appartement confortable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement très bien équipé. Nous étions 4 adultes et deux enfants (6 et 2 ans). Les 3 chambres sont très grandes, tout comme les deux salles de douche. Terrasse extérieur spacieuse et agréable. Accès piscine pratique. Nous souhaitons souligner la gentillesse et la disponibilité des hôtes. Ils gèrent également l'épicerie et la supérette, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés les Pizzas sont à tomber. La seule remarque négative que nous avons est le manque d'insonorisation avec l'appartement du dessus (on entend chaque pas, déplacement de chaise ...), difficile de se reposer le matin. Les deux chambres donnant sur la rue sont également touchées par le bruit de la route et elles n'ont pas de volets (juste un store occultant). Attention aux moustiques ! mais ça ce n'est pas propre au logement :)

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und extrem sauber. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, wobei es sicher hilfreich war, dass meine Frau französisch spricht. Insgesamt sind wir sehr nett empfangen und betreut worden. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man hat zwar keinen Ausblick, dafür eignet sich die Wohnung mit kleinen Kindern perfekt, da das Tor zur Terrasse abgeschlossen werden kann und die Kinder so sicher spielen können. Der schöne Pool ist in 1 min zu erreichten aber es gibt keinen direkten Zugang von der Terrasse, was mit kleinen Kindern klasse war. Einzig die tägliche Müllabfuhr war etwas nervig, da diese bereits ab halb 5 in der Früh aktiv ist… Sehr praktisch ist der kleine Laden mit Spezialitäten der Insel und frischem Brot direkt auf dem Grundstück! Der kleine Ort ist zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen und grenzt an den herrlichen weißen Sandstrand. Aus unserer Sicht einer der schönsten der Insel! 🏝️ Danke für die schöne Zeit und die Gastfreundschaft! 😎

Alles wunderbar

Wir haben 3 Wochen in dieser Anlage verbracht und es hat uns rundherum gefallen. Gute Lage, nah zu schönen Stränden, privater Pool der auch perfekt für die Kinder ist. Minimarkt direkt nebenan (schliesst allerdings Mitte September), sowie auch ein gutes Restaurant. Das einzige was fehlte war ein benutzbares Babybett, dem aber nach 2 Tagen Abhilfe geschaffen wurde. Empfehlenswert!

L'appartement est spacieux et très bien agencé. La terrasse est parfaite pour s'organiser des petites planchas parties. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Je recommande vivement.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Sehr grosszügige und gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung ca. 500m von mehreren schönen Stränden entfernt. Unweit des einen Strandes sind mehrere kleine Restaurants. Der Supermarkt ist ca. 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Da wir im Oktober da waren, waren schon sehr viele Restaurants geschlossen.

Belles vacances

Avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Mr Pietri , l’appartement très propre et moderne avec un jardinet sans vue dommage . La boutique de produits locaux était fermée donc pas de pain frais le matin et de croissants mais agréable surprise à la pizzeria qui est aussi à côté de l’appartement, les pizzas sont très très bonnes. Nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour.

Agréable semaine

Un logement neuf, au calme avec un accès piscine. Piscine super sympa, Propriétaires très gentils et discrets, La proximité de leur commerce d'alimentation (20m) était top pour prendre le pain frais notamment le matin, leur restaurant (20 mètres egalement) idéal quand on voulait pas se faire à manger et sortir le soir. Les pizzas succulentes et le restaurant aussi. Proximité des plages de Pinarello. Tout le confort dont nous avions besoin et surtout très spacieux. Un vrai bonheur que d'avoir séjourné chez Mr et Me PIETRI.

Séjour très agréable

Nos hôtes nous ont très bien accueillis, avec quelques boissons et gourmandises qui nous attendaient. Ils sont disponibles et à l’écoute. L’appartement est très bien équipé et meubles modernes de qualité . Climatisation dans toutes les pièces très appréciable, ainsi que la terrasse extérieure et sa plancha. La piscine est très agréable. Le plus , nos hôtes tiennent une épicerie et un restaurant à côté de la location : une très bonne odeur de croissants le matin, et les pizzas y sont excellentes ! Très bonne adresse.

SUPERBE APPARTEMENT

Le logement est impeccable, nettoyé et propre. Petite corbeille d’accueil et boissons fraîches au frigo. toutes les chambres sont climatisées terrasses ombragée toute la journée mer à 8-10 minutes à pied supérette proximité / restaurant à proximité tarifs très abordable et rapport qualité prix est excellent. merci au propriétaire pour son accueil

Le couple de propriétaires nous a accueilli comme des rois ! Corbeille d accueil avec produits locaux , frigo rempli de boissons fraîches... Tout était parfait , la maison était très propre.
