About this property

The setting is royal, the imperial view: brightT2bis, sea view, air conditioning

The setting is royal, the view imperial! Ideally located in Sete in the upper district where the poetry festival takes place each year in July, the Port-Royal house was immortalized by the painter Robert Mols in 1891 in his painting entitled "Port de Cette" which is hung on the picture rails of the Paul Valéry museum.
This beautiful family building built in 1789, in freestone, has recently been completely renovated with taste and offers furnished rental of a Studio, T1, T2 or T2 Bis type apartment according to your choice and all served by a lift. The whole forming a harmonious whole with a panoramic and exceptional view of the city, the port and the canals.
Air conditioning, free WIFI connection, flat screen TV in each accommodation, as well as very comfortable and contemporary furnishings make Port-Royal a calm and sunny place to live. In addition a library lounge with balcony is available. It is located on the 1st floor .
You will be in the front row to attend from your home the fireworks display given during the Saint Louis celebrations and follow the regattas at sea or the arrival of ocean liners as well as the return of fishing from trawlers!
To be pleasant, you will find on your arrival, the bed made, the bathroom linen provided.
Port-Royal is located due south, in the calm and the sun, between the decanal Saint Louis and the typical place de l'hospitalet with its small tapas bars, pizzeria and the famous sculpture of the artist Di Rosa. Overlooking the port, a 5-minute walk from the halls, restaurants, the sea theater, museums and a small beach, it takes just 15 minutes on foot to reach the Lido and the large beaches. You do not have to take your car to get around and if you wish, you will find a bus stop nearby and 2 km from the train station. Finally, 100 meters from the building, there is an open and free car park and nearby there is also a covered but chargeable car park, the car park of the halls, with decreasing prices and by reservation
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
