L’emplacement est magnifique, dans le centre historique, proche de toutes les activités du Festival de poésie.On peut rejoindre rapidement les plages en bus.La vue est très belle.L’hôte est très sympathique et aimable.On avait tout ce qu’il fallait pour passer une très belle semaine de vacances.

Impeccable!

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans un des studios d’Anne-Marie. Très bien situé, la vue est magnifInique, le studio confortable et fonctionnel. Très pratique, à côté du centre et du port. Anne-Marie est très cordiale, et très arrangeante pour les horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Nous reviendrons!

Semaine agréable

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire, studio propre et très bien situé pour profiter de la ville de Sète.Un peu contraignant pour parquer la voiture en haute saison mais c'est le cas dans toute la ville. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir .

Great views in front rooms, easy access to town. Anne Marie most pleasant host.Confused that the garden is in back apartment (lovely 2 bdrm). Would stay again.

tres bien placé, studio un peu petit mais c'était notre choix

parfait. La prochaine fois nous louerons un 2 pièces pour être encore plus à l'aise mais cette location n'appelle que des commentaires positifs.

studio agréable, ensoleillé, confortable, bien agencé par sa propriétaire à l'écoute des locataires

Mon mari et moi avons passé un agréable séjour à Sète dans ce studio qui correspondait à nos attentes : propre, simple, bonne literie.La propriétaire nous a bien guidé et documenté. Nous étions à proximité du centre ville, de tous les commerces, des restaurants. Il y a possibilité de louer des vélos et de visiter les alentours : Marseillan plage, Ballaruc, Frontignan, Palavas, l'étang de Thau.... On a emprunté le car qui passe à proximité pour se rendre aux plages. La voiture peut rester au parking ! Pour les marcheurs, on peut se rendre au mont Clair ou à l'espace Georges Brassens à pied ou se ballader le long de la corniche ! On garde un bon souvenir de ce séjour. Pour les amateurs de produits frais, les Halles vous en proposent tous les jours, à quinze minutes du studio. A quinze minutes du théatre de plein air où il y a tous les soirs des spectacles.
