Great spacious location

Great central location for quick 10 minute walk to shops or the beach. The area was recomended by local friend. Apartment was plenty spacious for family of 4.

Fantastic apartment, great host and an amazing location.

The apartment was situated perfectly for us to explore town, walk up mont saint-clair, pop to the beach and go to the theatre de la mer in the evenings. Philippe is a welcoming host who is both warm and helpful and provided us with all we needed for a great stay. I would highly recommend staying with Philippe if you plan to visit Sete.

Amazing stay in SETE

The apartment and Philip were wonderful - all was as described and the location was beautiful - the apartment itself was set in a gorgeous courtyard and Philip was always on hand if we needed anything. The only issue we had (and reason ive given check in 1 star) was with the VRBO website. I received messages from Philip but was unable to contact him via the "contact owner" page....and even when I flagged this with your customer service got no help. This left us unsure of the check in process on the day, so we just had to turn up at the property and hope for the best! Not exactly a great start to the trip...

Wij hebben genoten van het aangename verblijf. Het is een charmante woning op wandelafstand van de stranden. De leefkamer is ruim en de keuken is goed uitgerust. Het fijne terras is een extra troef.De gastheer is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Eine schöne Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer (wir hatten wegen der Abbildungen mit 2 Schlafzimmern gerechnet und hätten da wohl genauer hinschauen müssen), einem Schlafsofa im Küchen-/Wohnbereich und einer großen Terrasse unterhalb der Küche. Leider ist der gemauerte Grill, den man auf dem Foto der Terrasse sieht, nicht mehr da. Die Ausstattung ist ok, die Anbindung an die Innenstadt von Sète ist sehr gut (Bus). Man kann auch laufen aber das dauert einen Moment, ist aber wunderbar am Meer entlang, wenn man möchte. Philippe ist ein sehr netter zuvorkommender Gastgeber, er hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt und auch wieder dorthingebracht zur Abreise. Er wohnt auf dem Anwesen und es gibt noch mehrere andere Ferienwohnungen dort.

le gite au micocoulier !

l'accueil chaleureux de M.Urbin et le charme du gite nous ont séduit dès l'arrivée. Le gite est très bien équipé et tout est à disposition pour le premier jour. l'endroit est idéal pour visiter la ville et profiter du bord de mer et le calme est promesse de bonnes nuits. Séjour au calme et reposant

Super séjour, la maison est bien équipée, sympa et au calme. Le logement est très propre et mignon. Le plus grand plus de ce logement ce sont les hôtes qui sont très avenants, discrets, attentionnés et d'une grande gentillesse. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Superbe

Philippe et son épouse nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux et sympathique. L endroit est plein de charme; à la mer et a la fois à la campagne et près du centre ville Tout est prévu pour passer un bon séjour. L équipement est bien pensé. En résumé ce fut un séjour que nous avons fort apprécié.
