In the heart of Strasbourg's city center, the MONTANA apartment comprises three bedrooms with 2 single beds, and a double sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom with bath and washing machine. Separate toilet.
The MONTANA apartment is on the 6th floor (with elevator) of the building, above the "BOULANGER" store at 30 rue du 22 novembre.
This apartment can only be rented on a furnished lease of at least one year (co-sharing possible in the lease). If you can prove that you are in one of the following situations:
- Professional training
- Higher education
- Apprenticeship contract
- Internship
- Voluntary work as part of a civic service scheme
- Job transfer
- Temporary work assignment
you can then benefit from a mobility lease for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 10 months.
Access for travelers
As the rue du 22 Novembre is a pedestrian street, you will only be able to access the building by car at certain times (from 6am to 11am).
Nearby (about 100 meters) are the "indigo LES TANNEURS" and "indigo KLEBER" public parking lots. These parking lots are right in the center of town, so they're handy for one or a few hours, but they cost 44 euros for 24 hours! You can also park in the Halles P2 Sebastopol and Halles P3 Marais Vert parking lots (approx. 500 m away), or in the GARE WODLI parking lot (approx. 900 m away), which costs 20 euros for 24 hours.

The apartment is close to public transport (bus and streetcar), making it easy to get around the city. There are two streetcar stops close to the apartment: Place de l'Homme de Fer (Trams A, B, C, D, F), and Langstross/Grand Rue (Trams A and D).

This is a non-smoking apartment. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and other smoking devices is prohibited.
Smoking or the use of any smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning charges.
Bed linen, towels and standard end-of-stay final cleaning are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen and general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.
However, you are responsible for cleaning and tidying up the dishes, taking out the rubbish, emptying the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, as well as tidying up the interior of the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance, and fail to comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee.
Pets are accepted on request (under 15kg and non-dangerous) at a supplement of €30 per stay per pet.
