Location, location, location! 1000 foot walk to the base of Park City Resort; one of the largest and best ski resorts in the country. One week only available: March 16 to 23 (checkout), 2024. Please do not try to book for any other week because this is the only one available. Sorry. Great Spring skiing weather! This 1050 ft townhouse features 3 bedrooms and Queen Murphy bed in living room, 2 full baths, full kitchen, covered outdoor heated pool and hot tub, gym, game room and much more. Minutes from Historic Park City with plenty of restaurants, boutiques and shopping.

Park City offers free buses running all day into the evening from the base of the mountain (walking distance). Park your car and you don't have to drive again. These free buses will take you to The Canyons Ski Area (or you can ski directly from Park City Resort), Deer Valley, Historic Main Street and even to some other shopping locations.

Easy PC resort access

My 3 adult children and I had a wonderful time skiing Park City that was an east walk down the hill from this townhouse (maybe 100yards to resort then another 100yards to 3 different Ski Lifts). Easy to access the complete resort including restaurants and Ski shops. The townhome was very clean upon check-in and the Sweetwater Lift Lodge staff were professional and nice. The Hot Tub, pool and sauna were wonderful ! I'd definitely stay here again.

Very convenient unit

Everything was great with the stay and the unit. The building is a timeshare building where people own certain weeks. It has nice amenities, such as a pool, hot tub and sauna, and a great location for getting to the slopes. There is nothing to complain about here. I would just say that the decor is a little sterile because they are not owned by individual owners. But for quick access, comfort, and cleanliness, it's everything you need.
