Gorgeous chalet style modern masterpiece with bright airy spaces, 4 ensuite bedrooms (plus 1), stone fireplace, games room, amazing entertainment space, outdoor hot tub & gourmet kitchen. For rent 30 days (min) at a time (municipal rule) - use for Blue Mtn weekend getaways or a spring/summer/fall retreat. An absolute bargain compared to hotel prices even if you only need it for a couple weeks or a few weekends. All within a short walk of Blue Mountain resort & just a few minutes drive or bike to the beach. Note: a privacy fence around the backyard has been added (not in photos). Plus we have a very large two car garage and driveway.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Overview

Excellent place to stay. Jennifer was so helpful. Some small concerns. Linens should be replaced with newer and better quality. The 3 TVs all should have basic cable. The sound system is antiquated and should updated. But I’m 73 and the problem could be with me. Please view the aforementioned simply as helpful comments. I eould definitely consider returning. Its a wonderful place to hoat family and friends

So much to offer

This house has so much to offer, from a well equipped kitchen to a bathroom for everyone and a fun basement with a small basketball game and perfect TV watching setup. We stayed for over three months while our house is being built. This rental was perfectly located only minutes from our construction site. Jennifer was very responsive when we had some issues. Always responded quickly and solved issues.

Our family lives in Toronto but spends the winter weekends and holidays in Collingwood skiing the Blue Mountains. We purchased our chalet from the builders in spring 2018 and love our time in its open, modern and stylish space. We have three kids and a black lab and are open to renters with a well behaved dog (but no cats please as we have a serious family allergy).

Why they chose this property

We love the combination of wood and metal architectural touches that make this modern chalet unique. You benefit from open space but at the same time it feels warm and inviting. Plus you can't beat our Mountain views, proximity to the lake andlocal villages and walkability to Blue mountain resort.
Please note 30 day minimum rental period (township rule).

What makes this property unique

We hope our guests will enjoy their close proximity to Blue Mountain Village Resort (just a 10 minute walk away), numerous gorgeous beaches just down the road plus amazing hikes along the nearby Bruce Trail on Blue Mountain.
