Lovely place

Clean house, plenty of stockings, bed linens, towels, kitchen supplies. Close distance(2 min to drive) to local small lakes with easy accessible beaches. Our family enjoyed staying at this place.

This was a great spot for our annual weekend away. It was close to N. Conway, easy to find, very comfortable. We got a foot of snow overnight and the driveway was plowed quicky. We'd stay again.

This house was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for everyone. House was very clean, just needs a little maintenance/upkeep. It did snow during our visit but there were several shovels for us to clear the driveway.

Fairly private location, quiet neighborhood, not too far from Conway and all attractions. Plenty of space for a large group. Listing sais 4x4 is needed to make it up the driveway in winter and they're certainly not kidding! Would love to go back in the summer - late is very nearby.

Lots of space! Lots of fun!

This is a fantastic spot with more room than advertised. Lots of living areas to just stretch out and relax or have fun with the multiple game rooms. Really the only negatives would be that the kitchen needs a little updating and the whole place needs a good dusting top to bottom. Found some trash from previous users and a whole lot of cobwebs. Really minor stuff… would come back and would recommend.

A perfect place for a family getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was beautiful, clean, and well appointed throughout. The layout of the home was perfect for us as a family to spend time together and also for the kids to have fun on the lower level and in the loft. 3 full bathrooms, great central AC, perfect gas fireplace, and a wonderful wrap around deck to enjoy the quiet and fresh air. I've stayed at a lot of rental places over the years and rarely do they measure up to what you had hoped. Not the case here, homeowners have really put together a place that is welcoming, functional, and is stocked with all the things you'd expect and need. The kitchen has everything you need (even a crockpot, waffle maker, electric griddle, etc) minus a larger coffee maker, beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and in good shape. Great fire pit for a campfire with the kids and the surrounding pond and little beaches in the Eidelweiss community were perfect for the kids (and parents) to relax at. Top off the day with some grilling on the Weber on the deck and you are all set. Driveway is a bit steep so I can see the need for 4x4 in the winter and for those with sedans take your time pulling in and backing out. Thank you for a great stay and a wonderful vacation for our family! Will definitely plan to stay here again next year!

House was clean and had the basic essentials. 2 bedrooms are in the carpeted walk out basement which has a bit of a musty smell. Third full bath is in the loft with no bedroom but the little boys loved being up there to play! Bring VHS and DVD’s for loft TV. The pond and little playground was very close and was a great feature! A short drive to hiking and waterfalls also. We all had a great trip!

Wonderful Experience!

10 of us stayed at this property - 2 families - 4 parents and 6 "kids" ranging from 24 - 14. The house was perfect for us. There was plenty of beds/bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a luxury! There was ample space to spread out and we really enjoyed the pool table and the lake. Hoping we can book this rental again next year.

The perfect family house!

We’ve stayed at a number of houses in this area, and this is the best one yet! The house was incredibly clean when we arrived, and the property manager was very quick to respond to any of our questions. The house itself is very spacious, and we loved having a full bathroom on each level. And the pool table in the basement was a huge hit for the kids. Would definitely rent this house again!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The new deck was huge and nicely built. We would definitely recommend this home. Our only advice for the owners is to add a couple additional garbage barrels. Thank you!
