Spacious 5 Bedroom N. Conway Home | Best Location!

Welcome to our spacious North Conway getaway! Our 3300 ft.² freestanding home is located in the heart of the Mt. Washington Valley. Less than 3 minutes from Cranmore Mountain, 5 minutes to North Conway Village and minutes from hiking and lakes our location is the perfect jumping-off point for any season. Inside you will find plenty of space with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a massive wrap-around porch, there will be plenty of space for everyone to spread out and make memories!

You will have access to everything and nothing is shared.

WE ARE LOCAL - Let us know whatever you need

Our home is located in the sought-after neighborhood of the Cranmore Birches. Our little roads are super quiet and really nice to walk on to get some fresh air.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- NO open fires or fire pits of any kind allowed anywhere outside or on deck
- Respect the neighbors

Comfortable, cozy stay!

I brought my daughters and they brought their daughters for a little girl get away. I was fortunate enough to have chosen this beautiful home to accommodate all of us. The kitchen is extremely well appointed, the living large enough for us all to sit around together and the beds were lovely for sleeping. We do this getaway annually and hope to carry it forward in this home.

Wonderful property

Would love to stay again. This place was perfect for our group to sleep comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen. A home away from home type of place. A/C worked. And we saw a couple owls on the deck.

It was great we got to check in a little earlier than 5pm. Disappointed in the house itself however. Unfortunately when we got in to the house it was very warm, the air conditioning unit in the living room doesn’t do a great job cooling the first floor and the upstairs units weren’t on, cooling everything down took a while. Lots of cobwebs, we killed about a dozen sliders (I understand we’re in NH, but…), dusty, the first floor bedroom was very damp and musty, the couple that was sleeping there ended up sleeping on the couches upstairs. Also, the toilet on the first floor is loose/needs to be bolted down better to the floor. The AC units in the two smaller bedrooms upstairs and the third floor are extremely noisy.
