Sunny & Cozy Lake House

Sunny Lake House on the shore of Hatch Lake only 7 miles from the village of Hamilton, NY and Colgate University. Easily accessible flat waterfront offers a full kitchen, dining area and all necessary kitchen utensils. A family room with Wi-Fi . (3) Bedrooms with full beds and 1 full bathroom with shower downstairs and 1/2 bath upstairs with (3) bedrooms. Linens are supplied. Use of 2 kayaks, canoe , rowing dinghy, and Paddle Boards. A dock is in place mid May-mid October.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Relaxing lake house

Beautiful lake house 15 minutes from Colgate. It was the perfect spot to relax with family and celebrate our daughter’s graduation. Right on the lake and perfectly appointed. We had a great time!

Lake House

The property was great and everything in the listing. The 3rd bedroom is a loft set up which was fine. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and it was only 15 mins from the Colgate University campus! Very important for graduation weekend!
