We just came back from an amazing stay for Parents Weekend at Colgate. The lake house is nestled in a corner area of Hatch Lake. The first thing we noticed were the stunning views of the lake. The home has an inviting wood smell and has been beautifully restored with incredible views from all parts of the home. The home was very clean and well stocked for cooking at home. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee and tea on the dock overlooking the lake. He also did some fishing and caught a bass. It’s about a 15 minute drive to campus. We would definitely stay here again. Patrick was a great host and easy to communicate with.

Relaxing lake house

Beautiful lake house 15 minutes from Colgate. It was the perfect spot to relax with family and celebrate our daughter’s graduation. Right on the lake and perfectly appointed. We had a great time!

Lake House

The property was great and everything in the listing. The 3rd bedroom is a loft set up which was fine. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and it was only 15 mins from the Colgate University campus! Very important for graduation weekend!
