Property located on East side of the Lake. Deruyter Lake is located in Central New York. House is on a private lot that has direct waterfront access. Dock is about 4' deep and can easily accommodate boats up to 24' . Lake house is around 2400 sq ft, has 2.5 baths, 3 large bedrooms which sleeps 10-12 max. House has new updates with wifi, cable and laundry on site. Private off street parking with garage if needed.

Why they chose this property

This property on the lake has probably the best swimming and fishing. One of the nicest rentals on DeRuyter Lake

What makes this property unique

Property offers a unique waterfront quality for the lake compared to other areas on lake. Swimming is considered the best on lake with stone bottom and very little weed growth. Fishing off dock is fantastic and deep enough for any larger boat.
