As soon as you walk in you'll feel right at home away from home. This home is 2,500 square feet of luxury living. The living room will welcome you right in and the formal dining room will seat up to 10 comfortably with an additional leaf allowing seating for two more dinner guests. The gourmet kitchen has all top of the line commercial grade appliances with a separate butler's pantry. The second floor has four bedrooms with seven queen Serta pillow top mattress beds with luxury hotel linens.

The home was gorgeous. The owner was kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Wonderful neighborhood and home within walking distance of amenities. Wish I could have stayed longer!!!

Wedding Weekend Rental

Outstanding property in a neighborhood close to many activities. The house itself was so very spacious. The owner/manager was so accommodating for us and our guests. Every question or issue that arose the owner took immediate action, e.g. we asked if there were wine glasses and within hours he brought to boxes of new wine glasses. I would without hesitation recommend this property for rental.

Excellent Hospitality in a beautifully renovated Portland home

Our debate team had an unforgettably great time in Portland due to Arvell's hospitality at this property. While there were ample areas to lounge and enjoy each other's company while staying inside the home, the location proved to be second-to-none as within a few blocks we were enjoying brunch, coffee, and grocery shopping. A short Lyft in most directions got us to some infamous Portland haunts, including a warehouse concert, drinks at an old school, and a park to enjoy the sunshine within. The beds were rejuvenating, and the neighborhood was quiet. Next time we're in Portland, we'd be hard pressed to find somewhere better to stay.

Fantastic place for everyone to stay together in Portland

Arvell has created a masterpiece with the Austin! It is a beautiful home with a ton of space. The beds are all luxurious! Arvell is an open minded guy that does not turn away people looking to enjoy themselves. You will have to be respectful of the house rules and neighbors later into the evenings but that’s pretty standard. I definitely recommend the Austin to anyone looking for some extra space or to have your whole group stay in one spot.

Awesome

The house worked out great for our large group! The fully automatic espresso machine was a bonus. The owner did a great job on the restoration of the home.
