Beautiful, quiet apartment for rent in Grau du Roi

Apartment of approximately 32m2 with a covered balcony, it is located on the first floor and the balcony overlooks the park. It is composed of a bedroom with a double bed (opening by bay window on the balcony), a main room with bay window giving access to the balcony with a sofa bed (TV, classic oven / microwave), a bathroom bathroom (shower), a children's corner with 2 bunk beds and an independent WC. Shops (bakery, press, grocery, bar, laundromat, caterer) 50 meters.
A secure and closed garage in the basement is at your disposal. The Palace of the Sea, mini-golf and Luna Parck are nearby, the center of the village is approximately 800 meters away (accessible by the very pleasant seafront promenade, the beach 400 meters with an area games for young children.

Agréable séjour, appartement bien agencé, garage apprécié, juste petit bémol concernant l'annonce, en premier lieu il est notifié avec climatisation mais il faut lire tout le descriptif pour s'apercevoir que ce ne sont que 2 gros ventilateurs , heureusement la canicule était passée cela ne nous a pas géné , possibilité de faire courant d'air avec les baie vitrée. Propriétaire accueillante et sympathique.
