Welcome to "Chasing Seagulls" our newest home in Seagrove. Seagulls has just gone thru a $350000 extensive remodel inside and out. Be the first to stay in this luxury home! Located oh so close to the beach on the south side of 30A, no streets to cross to go to the beach.
House layout wise, the first level has 2 bedrooms. One has a king bed, the other is a very large one, with 2 king beds, and a queen over queen bunk. Also on the first level is a living room, dining area, and additional kitchen that all lead directly out to the pool. One the second level you have the main living room, dining, and main kitchen. There is also a bedroom with king bed on this level, as well as the laundry area.
On the third level 3 more bedrooms, all with king beds, private baths, and balconies. One of these also has an additional twin over twin bunk in it for young guests.

NO WORRIES ON BEACH ACCESS! WALK THRU THE BACK YARD DIRECTLY TO THE SANTA CLARA ST BEACH!!!!

We also have a excellent private pool to relax in after a day on the beach. Discover the best Old Seagrove has to offer, so many shops, restuarants within walking distance. Take a bike ride to Seaside.

The house was great for an extended family week. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchens were well equipped with pots and pans and kitchen tools and everything worked, including the icemaker, although there were no basics like salt and pepper, oil, etc., so bring your own. Access to the beach was super easy. Our only problem was the slow wifi—it struggled to run any of the tv apps—but otherwise fantastic.

We have rented 5 VRBO houses within the past 7 months and this was the worst house by far. I am baffled on how this received the reviews it has. We had sand in one of the beds upon entering, the ceiling fan on the porch is falling down-literally, the floor in the middle floor bedroom is literally caving in-there is a visible hole in the floor, the drawers on the dressers can’t even be opened to store clothes, there is no outside seating-2 of the chairs were broken by the pool, there is only one chair and small table on the top deck, there is no garage space, the road the driveway is on is extremely busy making it difficult to get out of-a few times we had to stop traffic, the internet didn’t work-we had to hotspot most of the trip, we were locked out because the codes wouldn’t work on the doors, the pool was cloudy and dirty upon checking in, the inside was pretty beat up and floors were dirty upon entering. The communication with the host was terrible. I informed him of all of these items and there was no urgency with anything. He would sometimes take hours to respond. We couldn’t lock our doors for several hours because we couldn’t get back in. One of our guests was locked out at one point. It is close to the beach but there is a long ramp to get down to the beach. Cooking items are extremely limited and not in good shape. We rely on reviews when booking houses and this house DID NOT live up to the reviews. We just want people to have an honest review of the house.

Stayed here with both mine and my husband’s family. Very comfortably fit all 13 of us with room to spare. Loved how close we were to chair/umbrella rentals on the beach, and the little ones loved being able to come back to the pool to wind down after long days at the beach. Definitely recommend!

Great house!

A few parents brought a group of teens down for spring break. The bottom level was perfect for the kids to hang out and have their own space. The house was incredible and the beds were really comfortable. Easy access to the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Why they chose this property

Thank you very much for your inquiry into our home, "Chasing Seagulls". The entire home has been recently remodeled, it shows like a brand new home. All new furnishings as well.
Bedrooms wise, the first floor has 2 bedrooms. One very large one, which has 2 king beds, and a set of queen over queen bunks. Then the second bedroom has a king bed. Those 2 bedrooms do share a bath. Also on this level is a nice living, dining, and kitchen, that all lead out to the pool and beach access.
On the second level is the main living area of the house. The main living, dining, and kitchen area. Also another bedroom with king bed and private bath. The laundry is also on this level.
On the third level, you'll find 3 additional bedrooms. 2 of those face towards the gulf with outstanding views. They both have a king bed and private bath. The third bedroom also has a king bed, as well as twin over twin bunks, and private bath.
