This property is exactly as described! The view from the kitchen was just spectacular. We couldn’t have been more pleased. A huge Thank you to the Host for being so flexible and accommodating with a special need one of our children had. The condo had everything we could need or want. The seating was excellent and the beds were awesome. I highly recommend and well for sure be booking again!
We have been coming to Panama City for over 20 years. Love the area love the people this was by far the best condo we have ever rented. It had everything you need. Plenty of room excellent location great beach access extremely clean. The host was prompt with any questions we had concerning the rental. Looking forward to renting again next summer.

We come and visit Panama City Beach each year. Through the years … our family has been up and down the beach … staying at different locations. This place ranks at the top for location … steps from the beach and the condo stay was great. Neighbors were friendly.
We look forward to coming back next summer.
This property is in a great location. The access to the beach from the back balcony is fantastic. There are plenty of dishes to allow cooking meals etc. We went during the off season which was great for crowding but pretty hot. Still the best time to go I think. Loved the place and plan on going back.

Perfect family vacation.
Our family vacation in this condo was beyond our expectations. We knew it would be great to be right on the sand but, this condo is so much more. Beautifully decorated, spacious rooms, high-end appliances, well appointed kitchen and outside closet with beach chairs and toys. We did not want for anything. We will most definitely come back to Bonita Beach #8.
We had small grand kids so the condo bring right on the beach really help us going back & forth. The gulf water was so clear & clean. We only had 2 out of 6 days of double red flags. Our party was comprised of 6 adults, 3 small kids and a Maltese. The ice makers were lacking so we just bought ice. The unit’s A/C was great! The kitchen was equip with many items that my wife appreciated. There are many seafood restaurants close by, putt putt and a movie theater, a Dave & Busters, which we enjoyed. We will probably be back as this location is hard to beat!
The property is as advertised. Right on beach with easy access to beach off back patio. Management is responsive and easy to contact. If you need any flexibility with checkin/checkout there is none provided or with leaving bags on patio while housekeeping cleans. Overall good place but not walkable to much in regards to restaurants however kitchen fully stocked for cooking. They seem to have some electrical problems as one outlet under couch burned out and AC lost power while we were there and needed replacing. The checkout procedures are a bit stressful as I’m used to starting dishwasher but we had to wait till finished and unload as well as towels to dry in dryer.

In response to this review, we want to respectively point out to prospective guests the following: (1) The guest who wrote this review alerted us that the one electrical outlet stopped working during her stay at the property, which was not in any way predictable to anyone, and we had a licensed electrician replace that electrical outlet, and inspect each of the other electrical outlets at the property, soon after her check-out. We discuss maintenance of the property in detail in our rental agreement, and we request that guests let us know if anything stops working, so that we can have it promptly repaired, as this guest did, and as we did. (2) We have an "Early Check-In" procedure that is discussed in detail in our rental agreement, and all guests can arrange to have an "Early Check-In" to the property with us at any time in advance of the check-in date (but not on the day of check-in). Early Check-Ins to the property need to be arranged by us with our cleaning company in advance of the day of check-in because the cleaning company needs to schedule this event with its cleaners, and it prepares its cleaning schedule prior to the day of check-in. (3) Our check-out procedures have been thoroughly contemplated both by us and our cleaning company, and they are what work the best for our cleaning company on Saturday check-out days, which are extremely busy for them. They are discussed in detail in our rental agreement, and guests just need to plan for them. For example, guests can start the dishwasher, and laundering excess towels, the night before the check-out day, rather on the day of check-out. Further, we provide guests with an option of paying an additional cleaning fee so that they can leave a larger number of used towels for the cleaners to clean. We are charged an additional cleaning fee by our cleaning company for cleaning more than six towels, as the normal cleaning fee paid by guests covers six towels (as well as all of the sheets). All guests have an option in this regard and can make their choice.
My family loved the condo and you just can't beat being ON THE BEACH, but the parking situation will keep us from going back. Each condo only is allowed one spot that is assigned and maybe 3 guest spots for the entire complex. We felt barraged with complaints going back and forth for days because we would be forced to park in another spot since someone was in ours. We shouldn't feel stressed to drive to dinner, worrying what do we do if our spot is taken upon our return? Make it a parking lot - period - and we'll be back. Also the non-working dishwasher was a disappointment.
This was a perfect place to stay for our group. Comfy beds, room for all of us to spread out, well appointed kitchen, and the best beach access. No crowds, and the water is just steps away. We will definitely stay here again for our beach trip to PCB. Highly recommend!
We have traveled to PCB every year for the past 9 years, we have finally found our place to stay. We will book here every year. The location was perfect, the place itself was even better than we expected. The communication with the manager of the property was spot on. We look forward to many years of family vacations here!
If this property is available, don’t hesitate, just book. The beach was beautiful and not crowded because there is no competition with the high rise condos. The kitchen is stocked with literally everything you could need and there are roku tvs in all the rooms. The porch is large with ample seating. The porch closet was stocked with all your beach chairs, toys etc and we really didn’t need to bring anything.

The beds and pillows don’t earn even a star. Very very uncomfortable beds throughout the place. The couch and loveseat not any better. If you have neighbors up top, walls are paper thin.!
This condo is privately owned by Aimee and Michael Farrell (shown in photo), and is managed by Roberta L. Hastreiter-Heady, who also owns two condominiums at Bonita Beach, and three condominiums in Panama City Beach. Aimee and Roberta have been best friends since they were three years old, when they grew up across the street from each other in Northbrook, Illinois.
Roberta is an intellectual property attorney who lives in Johns Creek, Georgia, and graduated from Purdue University (West Lafayette, IN).
Very personal service is provided directly between Roberta and guests that book this condo. She tries to be available for all guests at all times, and she and Aimee and Mike try to keep both Unit #8 and Unit #20 in a top condition.
Why they chose this property
This condominium is on the first (lower) floor, having a location that is particularly suited for children, the elderly and a small dog. It is just yards away from the Bonita Beach community pool, and is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is right on the beach, and has magnificent views of the ocean from many rooms located inside of the condo (kitchen, dining room, living room and hallway), as well as from the deck. Guests can sit on the deck and watch their children play in the sand on the beach and/or swim in the ocean.
What makes this property unique
This condo is in walking distance to "Thomas Doughnuts and Snack Shop," a very well-known restaurant that has a wide variety of different filled and non-filled fresh doughnuts every morning, as well as many breakfasts and lunches, and an attached ice cream parlor that has many different types of hand-dipped ice cream (cups and cones), sundays, splits, milk shakes, and floats. This is a great attraction for guests.
