Villa Le Rocce was built in a context where the granite rocks together with the trees of the forest are the protagonists. Villa Le Rocce, is a beautiful villa in the heart of Porto Rotondo, one of the most important tourist centers in Sardinia. Being in an elevated position, from the house you have a wonderful view of the port and the surrounding area, where the green declined in its infinite shades is the protagonist.

The Villa is spread over 4 floors , from the upper floors and especially from the turret floor you can admire, in addition to the breathtaking view of the sea, also a lush garden that embellishes the property. The property is accessed through two entrances number 29 directly from the street, and number 31. Entering from number 29, take 17 steps and arrive at the ground floor of the house, but entering from number 31 you cross a driveway and enter directly into the private garden where the swimming pool with the solarium area is located. Adjacent to the garden there is an outdoor kitchen fully equipped with burners, a built-in oven great for pizzas and a barbecue for grilled meat and fish. Crossing the garden you access the patio, divided into 2 fully equipped areas with outdoor sofas . Upstairs we have a beautiful double terrace with sea view equipped with tables and chairs to enjoy lunches and dinners with friends! The cozy pool is located inside the planted garden and guarantees absolute privacy. The rectangular tub, with a 30 cm wide granite border, is equipped with a painted concrete ladder for access to the water, measures 5.00 x 4.00 m with a degrading depth from 120 cm to 150 cm.

Entering from the ground floor, then from the garden, we have a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and a closet, with direct access to the Patio, and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bathtub. Through the external staircase, or the internal one, you access the first floor where we find the living area with the fully equipped kitchen and the living room that has direct access to the terraces equipped with tables and chairs, with garden view and sea view. Adjacent to the kitchen we have another double bedroom with a separate entrance from the terrace, with an en suite bathroom with shower. Going up one floor we find a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bathtub, and small balcony from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the port! Finally, in the basement we have a bedroom with 2 single beds with direct and independent access to a small terrace and a bathroom with adjoining shower. In front of the room is the laundry area with a large pantry.

The Villa has the characteristic of having each room with private bathroom and independent entrance, which gives great autonomy to Guests who, while sharing spaces, must not give up their privacy.
The pool is open from April to October and heated on request.
