The villa is spacious, beautiful and clean. Equipped with all required items; has air conditioning in each room. Outside area is nicely maintained, pool is great and being cleaned regularly. Hosts are responsive and supportive as needed.

This was the perfect site for getting away for a family gathering. The two parts to the villa worked brilliantly for us, as there was loads of space, with plenty of places to chill in the shade or sunshine. The villa was extremely comfortable, despite having plenty of rustic charm. The kitchen was well- equipped, which was perfect for us ( although I would have appreciated some more cleaning equipment) and there was a great choice of places to dine, inside & out. The swimming pool was superb for our adult group, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you have small children (as it is quite deep in the shallow end). The villa is in a really quiet location outside the village, but if you are hiring a car, don’t get a large one ( Fiat 600 was just about ok) as the road to the villa is narrow & there’s not a lot of space to manoeuvre at the villa. In all, we couldn’t have found a better place for our family holiday, thank you!

Beautiful

Beautiful property. Extremely clean and well maintained home. Very kind and communicative owners. All in a unique area 20 minutes from the beaches. Very happy with our stay.

Wonderful stay. Two houses with a big pool and garden overlooking the bay near San Pantaleo

The two houses are very nicely renovated and decorated. It is very convenient for two families or adults with teenagers. It has several terrasses. The pool is big and very pleasant with enough comfortable lounge chairs. There was beautiful view of the bay. The house is isolated and quiet. It is close by car to San Pantaleo.

House in San Pantaleo

We came from Canada for wedding in Sam Pantaleo. Elio and his wife were very helpful with the rental information and a very easy check in. The houses were as described and we had a super time. With temperatures of 30+ degrees the pool was a lifesaver between wedding events when there was not enough time for the beach. If you are coming to Sardinia this is a perfect place to use as a base for exploring this beautiful island. Thank You

Very nice house in the middle of nature

Spacious house with a beautiful pool, very nicely located. San Pantaleo, a place out of a picture book, is nearby. Roberta and Elio were excellent hosts and always attended to our concerns immediately.
