Only 17 km from SARLAT, in the heart of PERIGORD NOIR and the main classified tourist sites, "L'OSTALET", a small charming cottage, is ideal for a couple seeking calm and relaxation.

"L'OSTALET" is located in a small hamlet of CASTELS, calm and unspoiled, about 2 km from SAINT-CYPRIEN, where there are all amenities, including a renowned market which takes place every Sunday morning.
This charming little duplex house has a terrace and a small garden.
It accommodates 2 people.
GROUND FLOOR :
- 1 living room with kitchenette (electric hob, MW, fridge, washing machine)
- The sitting area includes a 190 x 80 cm bench that can be used as an extra bed for a third person, TV.
1st floor :
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200 cm
- 1 bathroom with sink, shower and WC
Baby equipment on site: cot, bath.
OUTSIDE:
- Terrace with sun loungers + parasol
- Dining area with garden table and chairs
- Barbecue
- Private parking
PLEASE NOTE: the access stairs to the bedroom and the sanitary facilities are quite steep and not suitable for people with reduced mobility!
