The Gite La TITOUNE *** is located in a beautiful flowery property and is 7km from Sarlat. You will appreciate its comfort and the calm of the place. Being in the heart of the Périgord Noir, you can visit unmissable sites and places such as the villages of LA ROQUE GAGEAC, DOMME, BEYNAC, LES EYZIES, the castles of CASTELNAUD, MILANDES, FENELON, sites like LA ROQUE ST CHRISTOPHE, caves of LASCAUX (new international center of Parietal Art), Le BOURNAT then the gardens of MARQUEYSSAC, The gardens of EYRIGNAC and many other places. Nearby we will not forget the villages of COLLONGES LA ROUGE, ROCAMADOUR and the Gouffre de PADIRAC OR The caves of LACAVE. Finally various activities are offered in the department such as canoeing, hiking, fishing, etc. Reduced entry prices on some sites.
Gastronomy will not be forgotten with all around good restaurants and farmhouses

This pretty typical Périgord stone house for 2 people includes:
A dining room living room (with a click sofa), an open kitchen,, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed
 1 bathroom (shower, bidet, sink) with WC.

Outside 1 terrace with garden furniture and barbecue and 2 deckchairs
1 secure salt pool 9mX4m is available, and to be shared with the owners depending on the period. Parasol and deckchairs.

The house is clean and comfortable, although the bed was firmer than we like. The location is in the countryside and is just beautiful. We were looking for a peaceful spot after Paris and this fit the bill.

Comfortable gîte, private and great position.

With easy access to surrounding areas, the gîte is in a great position. The gîte itself situated at the back of the property, was quiet and private. Our hosts were very helpful, providing ideas on sights to visit. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The gite is in a very good location amidst beautiful landscapes and scenery of the Dordogne region and within easy reach of the sites that we wanted to visit, including gardens, chateaux, caves and historic villages. (Our friendly hosts gave good advice on places to visit.) The gite is in excellent condition, well equipped and perfect for a couple. We spent many happy hours in the afternoon and evening sun on the terrasse of the gite. It was also very good to be able to use the swimming pool.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Trotz fehlender Klimaanlage war das Häuschen gut temperiert. Viele schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe:Carlux (hier Restaurant: HALLE paysanne), Beynac, Jardin d‘Erignac u.v.m.Die Vermieter Yannik und Françoise sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit.

Nous avons été ravi de notre séjour, magnifique gîte, très propre , bien équipé, nous étions entouré d'un magnifique jardin fleuris , la piscine très propre L'emplacement du gîte idéalement situé pour toutes les visite , Sarlat à 15 ' du gîte .s'il faut retenir une suggestion , pourquoi ne pas inclure dans le prix du gîte les draps, linges ,serviettes et que le lit soit fait quand les gens arrivent .Mais je reste sur un 5 *****

En ce qui concerne les draps et le linge ,effectivement je pourrais l'inclure dans le prix du loyer.Toutefois certaines personnes préfèrent économiser quelques euros et apporter leur linge et faire le ménage eux mêmes.De plus abritel vous comptera des frais en plus à vous comme à moi Difficile de contenter tout le monde.Mais je prends note de tout cela.
