Bright and functional thatched cottage, located in a small quiet village, close to all amenities (grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, doctor; tobacco shop within 2 km)
it is perfect for couples and families with children
You are 6 km from the Medieval city of Guérande and 12 km from the beaches of La Baule.
Fully equipped house, with enclosed garden and heated swimming pool from mid May to mid September.
Ground floor: entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room, 1 master bedroom with shower room, separate WC
Floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (bath + shower), separate WC
Exterior: large wooden terrace, garden, heated swimming pool 8m x 4m, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasols, barbecue
Notes: sheets and linens provided, beds made on arrival
Weekly rental, from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday only
The pool is equipped with a safety bar cover, to be opened and closed manually each time it is used. The swimming pool overlooks the terrace at the back of the house
